My experience buying my Honda Pilot from Ron Bouchard was so bad, it was almost funny. I am astounded these people are still in business! While Ron Bouchard is located close to me, when I recently bought a 2017 Honda Pilot (Touring) I did not even consider buying it from these people. I drove several more miles to another dealership, who I am very happy with. Ron Bouchard -- after getting my money, they messed up at virtually every turn, from "not bothering" to even check off items (let alone doing the things listed) for the "Certified Pre-Owned" process (the head of maintenance told his guys to "not bother, since it was already sold") to the finance guy who "forgot" about about the deposit I had left to ... you get the idea. When I called the manager (Mr. Knight) he told me "We are DONE with you!" (His tone was harsh enough, that for a moment, I wondered if I needed to get a restraining order against this guy.) My salesman, who, before the sale was done bragged about how he was "a big dog" in this organization and that if I needed anything, he would take care of me, became a whimpering little Chihuahua, saying how there was nothing he could do, he was just a low guy on the totem pole. When I finally had had enough, I called to talk to Mr. Bouchard himself, only to be told he was on vacation and would not be available for four months! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

We were interested in a couple vehicles at this dealership so decided to go there before verifying that they were available. When we arrived we were disappointed to learn they were both sold. They had a new arrival that had not been through the shop that we test drove and decided to make an offer on. Our salesman John was up front and honest and followed through on all promises made, and more. The car was ready when promised and passed the Maine State inspection without a hitch. We have been very pleasantly surprised.

Chris rolled in a warranty that was never filed, and I was only granted a refund after filing a claim the the Attorney Generals office. They lied about numerous issues about the car, and didn't fix any of the things that we agreed upon prior to the sale. The car wouldn't pass inspection, and they wouldn't allow me to return it. They kept resetting the check-engine-light and told me to drive it to get the system to be ready for emissions testing. After doing this twice, we were beyond the mileage for a return, and stuck with a car that wouldnt pass inspection. These people are lying thieves that sell junkyard cars with no morals. AVOID THIS PALCE AT ALL COSTS!

In the fall of 2014 I found myself in need of a good quality late model pre-owned vehicle. I had some hip problems, so I was looking for a car that was slightly bigger than my Corolla. I had heard through the grapevine that A.S.P.I. motors cars in Dedham was an excellent place. I paid them a visit. I could not have asked more from Lou Tedeschi. Not only did he find me a car that fit my needs, he also helped me secure a car loan with my slight challenged credit score. End result is that I am enjoying my Chevy Malibu and I have only one more year to pay it off! When it came time to take delivery of my car, Lou had to be out of town on business so he left me in the capable hands of Maria, who took care of the registration and all the paperwork. I now have my car serviced there and get treated with much respect and dignity. If you are looking for an affordable, reliable late model vehicle, A.S.P.I. motor cars should be your first stop. Six star dealership!!

I bought a car from this dealer with the seats damaged but they agreed and wrote in the selling documents to change them! After months of asking and waiting for this repair, and after repeiting many times that they would do the repair needed, they never did. Amazing how this dealer can be so dishonest and disappointing just to save a few dollars for themselves. I would never recommend this dealer that you can't trust

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Most lazy and incompetent car salesman I've ever met. Any time I asked a question, I couldn't get a straight answer, whoever I asked had to stop and call or ask another person the next day or never got an answer at all. They also are not willing to negotiate pricing what so ever, and when you do buy a vehicle they're too cheap to even fill the gas tank even a 1/4 of a tank. I received my truck with the fuel indicator on Empty. Stay away! I will never give these scheisters business ever again!

While I was in the market for a used car, I found a decent one at Bernardi Honda. I first went to look at the vehicle and had the car open; while I looked around, the salesman assisting me stood about 2 feet away from my opened door. I knew from right then that this was not a dealership that respected it clients but merely treated them like prey. I left immediately but decided since the car was priced right I went back again for a second look. This time I met Ashley who said she was a new salesperson and in all honesty, I thought she was great. I decided to purchase the vehicle but got the run around for a week about finance and paper work. After four trips to Natick from Worcester, I got in to sign my paper work with Greg in finance and this was the worst of it all. It took at least 3 tries to print the correct information in all the forms, and I felt incredibly rushed and in the dark throughout the entire process. Right before signing on the car, I was informed that as a condition of my financing, I was required to purchase almost $5,000 of additional insurance. I questioned this multiple times and was given the same answer that it was required by my finance company. About a month after my purchase, I was told that it is illegal to force a purchase of insurance and after contacting my finance company, I was told that they do not require any additional insurance. I actually had to fight to get the insurance taken off of my deal. If customer service is important to you, then you should know that throughout this entire ordeal (besides Ashley who provided a direct contact number), I rarely DIDN'T get sent to voicemail. Bernardi Honda, besides Ashley and the receptionists, is hands down the absolute worst place I have ever purchased or even shopped for a vehicle. I was given every dirty dealer line and scam you can get and more from each department. I guess to this dealership, you really are just a number.

Then when he finally calls and tell me to bring truck in we Had The Big Snow storm! So never made it to take back! Now Truck does run ! Rear shock mounts rotten front steering rotted! And headlights went out and now Passenger door locks don’t work! Everything Happened after 30 days! Pure Trash

I went to Auto-Credit looking to finance a Honda sedan, preferably with so extra options. They had a few when I visited the office. I test drove 2, (and did have some more), one was 2014 Honda Civic LX, which drove great, it was very clean, had Low miles and was definitely ready for purchase. The other one which i ended up buying was a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with 88k on it! This one had the extra options that i was looking for, like the sunroof, leather, and rims that I absolutely LOVE!! Once i decided which vehicle i wanted the rest of the process was very easy. AutoCredit helped with everything from the financing, to the registration. All i had to do was bring in my downpayment, and a couple documents to help confirm my info, and i was able to drive away later on that same day. So i would say, overall the whole experience was very good. ***PS: i have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and it is Great, no issues at all, very please with my purchase. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. I bought an Acura TL from Chelmsford Auto Sales and it drives awesome. I am so happy! They were friendly and got me financed quickly so I was able to drive away only a few days after first walking in. I wasn't pressured at all to buy - I was the one pressuring them because I wanted the car so bad. They totally delivered by talking to my insurance company and going to the registry for me. I would recommend this place because they have a nice selection of cars and SUVs and they seem much more reputable than other places in the neighborhood.

This dealership has provided us with 3 cars that were gently "used" like new vehicles. Their buyer watches the best auctions seeking only the highest quality cars. Only cars with great CarFax reports become candidates for purchase. Weekly the buyer visits auctions within 100 miles to actually DRIVE the vehicles before the auction date. This used car dealership is one stop shopping. For sales there are indoor and outdoor showrooms. High end vehicles include Mercedes, BMW, and luxury SUV's. They have a very capable Repair Shop and a custom Body Shop as well as Detailing Shop. The paint shop custom mixes auto paint through a computer operated system that has inventory rivaling many people's mortgages. They operate on a very narrow profit margin that keeps the customers' cost very low. We needed brakes and got an estimate from a major national franchise that floored us. We called Millennium and they did the complete job for 1/3 of the original estimate. I asked how they could do this and they proudly said "This is a low cost service that we extend to our customers in order to keep them happy with their car purchases". Charlie handles most of the sales and is extremely busy. I have seen several clients at one time waiting for the bargains that they provide. Charlie does everything for you including financing, contacting your insurance company, and completing your MA RMV transaction along with obtaining number plates. The repair shop is also a MA Inspection Station. During MA inspection OR any repair Eli gives your Millennium purchased vehicle a complete evaluation for computer codes and possible future repairs with a low cost estimate. Appointments are available but "Walk Ins" are also served. They have a modern, comfortable waiting room with big screen TV and luxurious leather furniture. They are always friendly, customer focused,with mult-language translators on staff. They are also open until 7 PM to accommodate working customers.

Smooth purchase. Vehicle was advertised properly, serviced as promised, and the whole transaction was without pressure. It was nice dealing with an owner, instead of a salesperson that typically works on commission. No last minute add on fees / delivery fees either. They have a service department also, and I spoke to a longtime customer that was there at the same time as me. They couldn't say enough nice things about Rachael and Lou and the trust they have in them. Glad I stumbled upon this place while looking for a truck.
