I spent weeks looking for a used Toyota Tacoma , visited many Toyota dealerships but couldn’t find the right fit. My wife suggested we try Kia North in Danvers. Had a great experience with Noah - salesman , John - manger and Keith - finance. No sales tactics or pressure put on us. All three gentlemen were straight forward and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience . I was impressed with the treatment we received since we weren’t buying a new car and further more we weren’t buying a Kia. To be safe, I put a deposit down on a Tacoma and went home to investigate all the information these individuals told me and everything was true. They are straight shooters and will definitely work with you . I highly recommend checking them out, even if you are not buying a Kia.

It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia!

I was in the market for a new car, and I did a lot of searching online and decided to check out Mastria Kia . I knew what I wanted and was greeted by Kelly who was very professional and not high pressure. I would recommend Kelly and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle with no pressure. I love my new vehicle.

That they are a global car manufacturer focused on building high-quality vehicles with exceptional value, and Kia is dedicated to providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations. This Kia dealership does not stand behind the customer service experience at all. Poor customer service, communication, after sell made you may be feeling alone. Do not recommend and Dartmouth location same owner. Note: Had the best sales experience however once the purchase is made it may be a different scenario soon. During the purchase there's a check off list that my sales rep made me sign off in advance I didn't have the vehicle in my position to compare I just stated yes okay to everything, and then they offer you your 10K maintenance free if you're willing to put a five-star review on Google for them. A push for a speedy review will not inform people on the dealerships integrity.

"Shop us Last", "last time i'll shop you" I had a 2022 Sportage with 3 months left on the lease. Commonwealth contacted me to trade it in early. the sales person told me multiple times that they would pay off the last 3 months if I traded it in early. I traded it in for a 2024 Sportage. A couple weeks ago I got s bill from KIA America for the 3 months. I have left multiple messages but they haven't contacted me, other than to say "you signed the lease".

Decent Volkswagen service for your Kia - rk6772

The Kia service center isn't in the Kia dealership; it's in the Volkswagen dealership next door, and it's not well marked. The "pull up and honk" service seems to be more "pull up, honk, then get out and find someone." But they did do a good job servicing my car. They even washed out my WeatherTech floor liners, although they were pretty wet when I got back in the car. The weird part is waiting in the middle of the Volkswagen showroom while your Kia is serviced. I'm surprised Kia allows that; you'd think they'd rather have Kia customers looking at shiny new Kias, not Volkswagens. The waiting area has two overstuffed couches and a TV. For sitting and waiting, they're comfortable enough. For trying to work while you're there? Not so good. Hard to find an outlet, the labelled Ethernet jacks don't work, and there's nothing resembling a place to put down your laptop. That seems par for the course for Kia dealers, but other makes having as many upscale features as a Kia usually have some place for people to set up with a laptop.

Not a very good experience with this dealership. To start with, the car we had "Scheduled" to see (2021 Sportage EX) with "Nicco" (?) the online sales rep, wasn't available for sale due to it being a Lie as it had mechanical issues. The car they did have ready to show us was covered with pollen and not fully cleaned inside. It also appears that our CPO 2020 Kia Sportage wasn't given the stated 165 point Inspection (or any inspection at all) by Gervais Kia as one might expect before taking delivery.. During the test drive I found that the car needed the alignment checked as it was pulling to the side. I reminded the sales rep before we left the dealership about it and he said it would be checked along with the CPO inspection. I took the car for it's inspection sticker the next day and the shop showed me the alignment was pretty well out and was starting to cause the left side tires to "Feather". I called the dealership and was told by the sales manager to "Bring it back and we'll take care of that". I explained that this was supposedly done and it's not right that I have to waste a half day because Gervais Kia Failed to do what they promised. He agreed to having me get the alignment done locally and he would reimburse me for the cost. I emailed the bill that afternoon and have yet to be paid back by Gervais Kia. Two days later I was checking the washer fluid due to very little coming out while trying to wash the windshield and found that the wiper fluid tank was near empty. This caused me to check other fluids and saw the Coolant tank was Below the lowest warning mark. (I took pictures of this to show the dealership and have on record) To add to the list of Missed items, the drivers side handle/panel section is loose as if someone had removed it at some time. I would Never recommend Gervais Kia to anyone and I'm disappointed that Navy Federal would recommend Gervais to our members.

I found the car I wanted online and reached out to the sales team to get more information. I was able to confirm it's availability and price within minutes. I scheduled a visit to the dealership and received a warm welcome by all employees. John in sales, came along while we test drove the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about car. The entire process was relaxed and enjoyable and John was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. POOR BUSINESS - Unhappy

Purchased car in Oct 2015. Nothing but problems. They have had it over 12 days and that was for 2 visits. and ALL the problems still not fixed. Won't make a trade for my car that they are selling as PRISTINE CONDITION and 3 years older. Pretty poor!! They said they put too much into their lemon to do that! They fixed an axel a bent wheel, keep balancing it and I still get vertigo from the shake. They said I hit a pot hole !! They were decent and accommodating until they got tired of me and their repairs. Now they are very rude to me. Ya its my fault I bought a lemon. They gave me a clean fax too. Thats what really stinks. The car definitely has issues that were never disclosed. !!!!! Don't go there!!
