The service representative (Christian) was Excellent. He arranged service that had multiple parts & unexpected changes. He was very knowledgeable, thoughtful & professional. All repairs were done well & efficiently. The only glitch was a shipping delay, but that was handled well, including providing us with an alternate vehicle for several days. We live 100 miles away from this dealer & will gladly return.

I ordered a Highlander Hybrid last August. Ryan Lemanski was my salesman. He told me early on that it would take some time, maybe up to six months for the car to come in. Ryan kept me informed all along on the order status and as it got closer, was in almost daily contact. On delivery he sat in the vehicle with me and explained all the features and answered my questions. I wanted to get protective film put on so he arranged for that and set me up with a loaner vehicle. Ryan did a great job in communicating with me and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend Ryan for any car purchase.

Bought a 2024 Corolla xle hybrid a couple weeks ago from Edmark. We live about 350 miles away. Rochelle, Clint, Austin and Stacey all helped us in this purchase. It was the quickest and easiest car buy I've ever had. Really appreciated the large discount off msrp as no dealers in Utah would come down a dollar from msrp. Would do business again in a heartbeat with these guys.

I walked in early on a Monday morning to be greeted by a front door sales person, "What do you want???" I wasn't very pleased with his tone of voice so I told him I needed to speak with someone in the financial department. "WHY?" he asked. I had to talk to someone about my warranty extension. He sent me off not caring to make sure I wasn't bugging him anymore. Needless to say I drove to Salt Lake City later to get my new car.
