When in for an oil change car was inspected after done drove the car home and when I got home notice my car had a big scratch on the right side bumper went back to the dealer to speak to the general manager Francisco Diaz Rivas to show what had happened to my car when it was in service. He was not helpful at all. He said that once you take you car out of the lot they are not responsible. It’s a shame that i would receive this service when this is a high end dealer. I asked to see pictures that were taken during the inspection and to show them that there was no scratches when I took it in. I spoke the the advisor Sally and I ask to show me the pictures that where taken when the car was dropped of clearly there was no damage however she insisted that the damage was there and that the camera didn’t capture it good because of the pixel on the tablet were not good In other words I was given excuses not to show that there was no damage when the car was dropped off . I also requested to see the cameras and she stated they didn’t have access to it. You would expect a great experience at dealer but that was not the case. The worst experience ever. Now my car is damage and they said they cannot do anything for me. Never doing business from this dealer again. Make sure you keep an eye open when doing business with them.

Bait and switch at service counter for oil change. They always took competitors Mazda coupon but after taking the coupon from my phone did not apply it to final bill. The service writer said the last guy who was here was giving away to many freebies and they would no longer honor the other Mazda dealer coupon. "If you want to use the Stuart Mazda coupon you should go to Stuart". She said there is a new service manager and she is cracking down on everything and that the price structure was fixed and not changeable. I did find a Dyer coupon in my app and the oil changetire roation went down from $101 to $80.18. Still would have been 6 bucks cheaper with the other coupon. While there, I noticed the new Miatas have a $4k price profit gouge for xxxx like nitrogen tires, and paint sealant and for "app", etc. This place has gotten money hungry and doesn't care about their customer base. They are builidng a new dealership right next store so now they want to screw everyone they can. Do not go here!! this webform forces me to name a person i worked with but no one is listed here.
