The staff personnel I worked with were extremely courtesy and professional. My sales rep. was Gael Samarripa who was extremely vested in ensuring all my questions were answered. If Gael didn't know the answer, he would immediately seek assistance to get the answer. Gael was a big reason why I purchased the vehicle I was seeking. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Gael did several follow ups to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and answered any questions I had. Gael was courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with. Can't go wrong if you look him up while at the dealership.

I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am so happy with my purchase. My husband and I have been wanting to invest in a small family vehicle, and this could not be more perfect. Our experience with John Elway Chevrolet was fantastic. When I initially called to see if they had Blazers in stock, Daniel with the sales department answered and he was so friendly. From the start of the morning test driving to the paperwork in the evening, he genuinely was there to help in whatever way he could without overwhelming me with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The paperwork side of things can be confusing but he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty and make sure we were happy with our purchase. As a first time buyer, I can’t speak more highly of Daniel & Tony. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to work with them in the future!

I came in for an oil change on my Cadillac and wanted to check out the new inventory while I waited. I was introduced to Sean, took a test drive and knew I wanted to upgrade! Sean was patient with my very specific wants and found me the perfect Yukon with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a nearby dealer. We worked with Ben to value my trade-in and agreed on a price for the new vehicle. Everyone was so professional and kind - no xx, which I appreciated! The new vehicle arrived the next day so we went to pick it up and finish the paperwork. We met with Tim Amerson from the Finance dept and he was personable and did his best to get us in/out as soon as possible. I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.

On 11/27/24 we called Morehart GM dealership inquiring - Carla

On 11/27/24 we called Morehart GM dealership inquiring about a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali. Elliot the salesman said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He said it had been gone over with a fine-tooth comb in their service dept. He was supposed to send us photos of the vehicle Weds. evening. We never received them until Fri. morning. That's when Elliot sent us a photo of the right front bumper indicating some damage and that it was only a "scuff". It was not, it was actual damage. Minor, but damaged. He indicated that he didn't want there to be any surprises, but he should have disclosed it on Weds. when we first inquired. We asked him if there was any other damage, and he said no there wasn't. We called 2 body shops and sent photos of the damaged bumper and what it would cost to repair. It was anywhere from $800 to $950. That wasn't a deal breaker, but we wanted to have the dealership take that amount off of the sales price. We traveled 220 miles one way from Walsenburg to Durango to test drive it. When we arrived, we had several more surprises. The windshield was chipped and cracked, the rear bumpers had very noticeable scrapes and scratches, the rear tailgate window heater defrost wire connection was pulled off the window. The dash was cracked in two places. Upon having a mechanics shop do a pre-purchase inspection at our expense, they found the oil cooler lines needed replacement, the rack and pinon assembly was leaking, an axle shaft oil seal was leaking as well. After bringing this to the salesman Elliot's attention, he would not come down to a reasonable price. We were extremely disappointed and unhappy with this dealership and their non- disclosure and lack of transparency about this vehicle's issues. We make the trip for nothing. Had he been more transparent of all the issues, we would have not made the trip in the 1st place. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Completely dismissed any interest in helping find a date I could bring my new car in, just passed the buck to the dealership in junction. Very disappointed from a family owned dealership

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
