Been buying and taking our vehicles to Fremont Toyota, Lander, for 15 years now for regular servicing and never been disappointed with their quality maintenance work, fair pricing, professional help and advice regarding any questions about our Toyotas, and always courteous respectful treatment from all their employees. TLDR: Rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable salesperson, and Overpriced. They are the only dealership in Casper Wy so they act like people need them. I would never come back to buy or service my car here. We were in the process to look for a Toyota Venza and was contacted by Shelly who asked us to come in to discuss about special ordering the car. We decided to come in to check out the different color options that they have in person on a different car, as the colors may look different in person than in picture. They didn't have much options in their lots. We then went on to try to special order our cars and gave her all the options we wanted. After about 7 min visiting her manager, She came back present us with a car that they "WILL" get soon that has all the options + more but with a different color. Then I notice the price tag on the vehicle was $1769 over MSRP so I tried to negotiate with her on the price as who would buy MSRP price car and or above MSRP. This is when things start going south. I pulled out the price tag on Toyota.com to show her that her car price is incorrect and she came back at insisting that it was a different trim then there vehicle. I told her that is way too expensive and If your not gonna lower the price then I would go else where. Then her manager came out and was giving me the whole spills about inventory shortage and how they have a great month selling cars. We start talking about prices back and forth and then I pop the question, "What is the invoice prices of that vehicle you want to sell me ?" . The manager at this point got upset and said " I will not argue with you, BYE" so I stood up, put out my hand wanting to give a good shake for the time that they put out but who would of know, they didn't even gave the proper respect.
