Took our jeep wrangler in for a couple issues. One was the airbag dash light was on. They could have charged me to order parts and fix it, but they told me there was a lifetime warranty on that part. Won’t cost me a dime to repair it. Very honest. Don’t see that in dealerships very often.

We have purchased all our vehicles there for 30 years. The past few years we have had very poor experiences with the service department. We’ve paid a lot of money with zero results, poor communication and no follow thru. We will be shopping for our next vehicles elsewhere

My 2018 F150 driver front wheel bearing assembly failed in West Yellowstone Montana. Jackson Hole Ford of Alpine was the 4th closest Ford dealer. The 3 closets were at least a week out for warranty work. Jackson Hole Ford of Alpine was most accommodating and had my truck repaired within hours, not days or weeks. Back on the road and completed trip to Yellowstone.

Took my 2017 Ford Escape in had the transmission replaced. The service personnel were very outstanding in all areas. From the service counter to the mechanics. The staff was very professional, understanding, polite and great to work with. I have been a Ford customer for many years and will continue to do business with them. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The worst, and most unprofessional service department I have ever been to. My father worked in dealerships as a service manager my whole life, so I have been around my fair share. This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with. Specifically working with Sarah. You want an update on your car? Forget about it. You want questions answered? Forget about that too. You want your car done in a timely manner? That's not going to happen. Want your car fixed right the first time? That's clearly not an option here. Oh and don't expect any communication or updates. Unfortunately, there is nobody in management willing to help either. I will be taking my vehicle to SD from now on. Worth the drive to avoid repair delays, getting your car back wreaking of cigarette smoke, and dealing with an advisor who could care less about customer service. Shady and dishonest is how I would describe this dealership. Also a professional dress code never hurt anybody, maybe dress for the job, not the bar 🤷‍♀️
