We purchased our Lexus RX350h five months ago from the Lexus of Milwaukee dealership. We were so impressed by our experience that we chose to return for maintenance service even though we live in Michigan. This time it was Eddie Vargas & the service team that impressed. To give some relevant background, we were not expected that day due to our error. They stepped up to fit us into their day which we really appreciated! And it was such a pleasure to meet & talk with Eddie! We really enjoyed his welcoming rapport with us while setting everything up. His care for customers is apparent & exceptional. Thank you! Just purchased a new 2025 Kia Telluride from Russ Darrow in Waukesha WI. Marcus Kain the salesman was awesome to work with very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly, Other questions I had Gil the sales manager also helped me out. It has been 25 years or more since I purchased a new vehicle. Things have changed a lot when making a new purchase but it all worked out. Nate in finance did an excellent job he also explained things well with the loan paperwork, and vehicle title. Now go and see Marcus and Nate at Russ Darrow in Waukesha and tell them John and Mary sent you, see what kind of a deal you can make .

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

Superior service. All I expect from Lexus and more. Days after purchasing a 2018 ES350 on Nov. 22, the radio/nav/media died. Had to purchase it elsewhere bc inventory is so tight. I took it to Lexus of Madison for diagnosis bc our family purchased last two Lexuses there. They immediately recognized, then diagnosed and confirmed the problem. They have ordered replacement part to repair it, all under warranty. They even replaced my license plate frames at my request. Extra care, expertise, luxury quality personnel. Lucas/service dept.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.
