I've purchased several cars from them and it's always the same, sit and wait and play the number game and when you ask Nate how Garland got to the price, he has to fumble through the explanation, also when taking delivery, Nate doesn't explain the features. I've also purchased used Minis from them, the car was washed on the outside with a quick vac and tire dressing, how about looking under seats and get the spilled potting soil and the sticky soda off of the center console. I also can't get return phone calls or e-mails from them, once they get the sale Garland and Nate ignore you, if there were more Mini dealers go somewhere else unless you know what you're doing, beware, drive the distance to Illinois or Madison and have your car serviced at International. I've delt with management all the way down to Nate, International just wants to move metal, if you decide to get warranties, then decide to cancel, this is where no one will call you back it took six months to get a refund!
