Took my escalade in under my own better judgment. - REPOKEV

Took my escalade in under my own better judgment...have had poor experiences with this place in the past and hoped after 2 years, they got their act together. NOPE. Came in for an oil change, AC charge and a sensor install (that I provided). Was quoted 350 on the AC charge as being on the high side since, and I quote, "they didn't know how much refrigerant it would use. Ok. Fast forward to completion - and since I declined on their estimate for other things I did not ask to be quoted on...maybe if they spent the same amount of time doing what I asked instead of looking for more money on my car, then I wouldn't be writing this. Get a message that says the condensor is leaking and they cannot charge the system...but still charged me full 350 plus. Didn't test the system for leaks...I mean it is a sealed system and shouldn't run out of freon, so if it did, maybe that indicates a leak? But now they expect me to believe they used the max amount of freon in a system that couldn't take a charge and weren't able to recover whatever they supposedly used? Yeah, ok. Don't even get me started on the 3x full retail price on the parts quoted for their "other findings"....yes, THREE times. These guys will stop at nothing to make a dollar. Used to wash your PREMIUM car as part of the service, keep things clean...but nope, not anymore...oh you're not going to spend 7k MORE with us, let's charge for a service we didn't supply, park this car curbside across the parking lot and say too bad too sad. No more lot porters, no clean cars, just 3x the cost and 1/4 the quality., DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!

Dishonest, caught in the act. - hillguy2600

Dishonest, caught in the act. I bought a service agreement when I purchased my new Subaru. When I brought it here for 30k service they wanted to charge me separately for the differential fluid change. I called the Security Service Center for Subaru to verify coverage and they told me that it IS included. They were going to charge me and then charge the Service Plan for reimbursement. They also did not top off my fluids, left a cap off the tires, mounted the tires wrong side out and two of the tires leaked after they changed them out.

All of the Staff are very nice and helpful. - IZZ0

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from a - Jkalexander2005

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from a Washington dealership in late May 2026. The vehicle was transported and delivered to my Maine home without a temporary registration plate, transit permit, title paperwork, or registration documents. The dealer sent the paperwork to Maine BMV, which received it on June 10, 2026, but it has not yet been processed. I have insurance but cannot legally drive or register the vehicle because I do not have the required paperwork or temporary permit. I am requesting that the dealership immediately provide a lawful temporary permit or complete the paperwork necessary for me to register and use the vehicle

We bought a 2025 Optiq. - ChrisAnne

We bought a 2025 Optiq. Our sales experience with Jameson was great and his manager Keith was a “straight shooter”. No high pressure tactics which we appreciated. We recommend this dealership without reservation especially after two bad experiences with two other (not GMC) dealerships while we were shopping. And, we love our beautiful new car!

Excellent vehicle. Fair price. Easy, relaxed process.... - Aarong9683

Had a recall that needed fixed on an RV and they said - Rob

Had a recall that needed fixed on an RV and they said they couldn't look at it for at least 2 months. I think it would be easier if they just said didn't bother them..2 months for a safety recall seems absurd..

The Worst, Most Dishonest , Lying People I've EVER Dealt Wit - mathew11

First of all, I've waited 11 months to write this review. We bought a 2013 535 MSPORT BMW (with 22,000 miles) from Vivienne and the owner Eddy. It was a car I'd searched for and was so excited to find it. As I test drove it it seemed to slow down upon acceleration at huger speeds. Vivienne told me it was a setting on the car to slow the car down if speeding and I could change that. He also told me that the warning light that was on was due to "low fuel". He also promised an extra key and to fix the scrathes on the rims and detail the car like new. I live two hours away and drove down to get the car detailed and repair the rims. Meanwhile car is still doing a weird "slowing down" thing at certain speeds. I wait all day and they say guy didn't show up. Come back next week. (this is a whole day event mind you). I drive back down, wait all day and they paint the rims with something like nail polish. ANYWAY, THIS is not the worst. I'm driving to Seattle and the car is going slower and slower and suddenly a huge BANG (felt like it was hit with a bowling ball inside the hood. I'm on the FREEWAY in traffic and the car STOPS. I swerve right before and terrified, sit on the shoulder of the freeway. My husband happens to be taking his Range Rover to the Seattle dealership nearby so we call a tow truck and haul it there. The mechanic looks at it and says it was extremely dangerous for me to drive and that the differential had gone out. We took it to BMW and they performed 6K of work on it. This is a LOW miles car. When I told them about it slowing down and the story Vivenne had given me, he caught and said "Are you kidding me? BMW's don't have a string to automatically slow the car down. That would be DANGEROUS. The reason your car was slowing down is because it had a serious problem brewing. You could have been killed if you hadn't quickly gotten off the freeway at a dead stop because of a serious malfunction. This car has the wrong size tires on it among other things that may have caused it. But he lied telling you it was a setting and if he is a BMW dealer, or ANY car type dealer he KNOWS that." So off we went to talk to Eddie the owner who argued that they had no idea and gave us the run around. "What are we so concerned about? It was under warranty?" "My wife's LIFE, for one thing! This was a 37 thousand dollar car, for god's sake, with low miles! Shouldn't you have gone over it and made sure it was SAFE at least? my husband said...which Eddie chucked about........... While we were there we asked for the replacement key and they said it was on order (3 weeks from purchase). So my husband who is EXTREMELY busy, but honest and takes people at their word, has taken it upon himself to call and follow up on the promised key (in the written agreement) a few times a week for the past YEAR (bought the car last November). Each time he would call they'd say they'd ordered it or blah, blah, blah. He's spoken the Eddie the owner and vivienne and even recently "George" who promise (I KID YOU NOT exact words from Vivenne), "On their kid's lives" it will be taken care of. NOW Vivienne actually hangs up the phone when Brian calls (if it's Brians' cel he recognizes and doesn't answer at all). We paid 37K for this car and nothing they have promised us has happened. The think NOTHING of screwing honest people around. It's really sad and unbelievable. My husband is so irritated about the lack of integrity that Eddie and his motley crew has (they seem to almost ENJOY this kind of lying, it's strange, but you'll experience it if you go in), that he's asked his attorney to file a suit. He's skipping small claims because he know's Eddie will have to pay 2500.00 to defend himself at minimum and simply based on the principle of the ethics and preventing others from having to deal with this time of thing we are taking a stand on this sleazy operation. This is the "Puppy Mill" of auto dealers. Run, don't walk from this place!

I purchased a car from a wonderful salesman, Marco. - dd28

I purchased a car from a wonderful salesman, Marco. Since I'm out of state and this vehicle needed to be shipped to Wisconsin there was a fair amount of finagling involved. Marco and Lynnwood made the whole process painless. Thank you so much. BTW I looked for a year and a half for this car.

The price was marked up. - ddorris90

The price was marked up. I was promised oil chains if I bought this plan and I could take it anywhere I wanted to not the case still waiting for a refund check from when I got it changed that Jiffy Lube cause they failed to communicate and give me any information where I could take my vehicle the people there just tell you what you wanna hear. My backseat is still broken. Still haven’t been refunded I suggest not going there. I will never again or refer anyone else to go there. They just don’t care because they sold you to cars they’re done with you thanks, Pete.

What a joke this dealership is overall, enticed me to... - funtimez0980

What a joke this dealership is overall, enticed me to come into there place of business only to be lied too and having what I call a shady business overall. I would never recommend nor would I ever do business with this place for purchasing vehicles. I ended up walking out and explained to them I wasn't in the market to do any further business with this place or them. Scott Landes was nothing but a joke and liar and caught him making side conversations with other employees while we being my best friend and I were at the dealership.

Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store - Lane A.

Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store (although at a different location). It was a fine family vehicle where we shared many great experiences with the kids. Flash forward to now: My wife and I were looking for an economical and well-cared for car. Sure enough, Graham and his team carefully asked us what we needed. He paid very careful attention to our concerns, and my wife and I looked at a few cars and test drove two of them. We found the perfect car for us, and the process was friendly, seamless and easy. Needless to say, we drove home in our new car within a couple of hours. I am thoroughly impressed at how Graham helped us along in the car buying process. He expertly guided us along the process. This alleviates so much stress in the purchase.

There were no surprises during the purchase. - mclachlanator

There were no surprises during the purchase. I was informed of some of the after purchase add-ons ahead of time and discussed those over the phone with the sales person. The purchase process took less than an hour after I road-tested the car. Everything went very smoothly.

Everyone at South Tacoma Mazda was great, but I have to - hankerac

Everyone at South Tacoma Mazda was great, but I have to say Paul was a pleasure to work with. He helped us explore a few models we were considering, was very knowledgeable, and made the purchasing of our CX5 a breeze. Thanks all!

Inaccurate CARFAX, care was stolen and miles rolled back! - Logan j Pritzl

Get your own CARFAX if you buy from here. When I traded the car in, I found out the real history of the car, and discovered the car was stolen, and the miles had clearly been rolled back. I signed and traded the car over to the new car dealership and lost thousands of dollars because of the car I purchased from this dealership. I was not informed of this information, and was told the car had no negative history. I now know how they stay in business, by taking cars with a bad history for an extremely low price from an auction, and misinforming people of the history, and selling the car at full price.I spoke with the owner and asked if he would at least give back a portion of the profit he made off of me, but he was not willing to do so unless he could buy the car back from me. He said he could have given back a few thousand more then I was previously offered, though I would still be in the hole 8k. I understand you are running a business, but no matter what you say, the bottom line is you deserve a bad review from this, for selling me a car that would lead me to lose thousands of dollars. That's a lot of money for just an average guy. So I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and hope this helps people to avoid wasting thousands of dollars.

RC and Craig were absolutely amazing! - JR Bobpgarnet

RC and Craig were absolutely amazing! I traded in my Cadillac in my class C motorhome and I bought this amazing GMC three-quarter ton pick up. It’s gonna be perfect for pulling my travel trailer. RC with a sky cam photo for my photo album along with his wonderful good nature and fun loving way of life made for The best buying experience ever! This is the second car I bought from I-5 motors and I highly recommend them to anyone. Last time I bought my Cadillac and I-5 motors and I swore if ever bought another car it would be from them and I did. I know that buying a car can be nerve-racking, but these people take all the nerves out of it. It was a wonderful experience Craig was amazing with the paperwork and getting things away I wanted him at the price I wanted to pay. They are absolutely fantastic!

Stress free and no hidden costs - nathan1998

John listened to what i wanted and didn't try to force me on anything, it felt like he was just another friends helping me look. after i decided on the car we got down to negotiations and i ended with a big smile on my face. its been almost two years since i bought my 2014 kia optima and its been a gem the entire time. Great experience - Moore7164

We were very happy with Tom and the experience we had at Autoplex. Both sales guys we met Mike and Tom were very helpful and very low pressure. The sales manager that signed our deal was not a pleasant as the rest of the team but we only had to deal with him at the end. I would definitely go there again.

These guys are bunch of liers - Dave

I live in Sumner, and have for almost 40 years. The reputation of this dealership is very negative in the local community. There latest logic is every dealer pays the same price so therefore they are going to charge you basically the same and they apply this "logic" to new and used cars as well. The warranty is worth say $600. Oil changes for life, well since few locals buy from them they realize to save $30 most people are not willing to go more than say 5 miles out of there way. Bottom line is you will pay thousands more to get a $600 warranty. I say buy elsewhere and if you are inclined buy your own warranty. They are buying the warranties in bulk. Also do your research on auto warranties over the years. Several companies will form a business and sell a pile of warranties and then when the repair bills start staking up they simply close down the business and form a new one and start over. As I write this another Sunset radio commercial is playing how ironic is that.

They were super friendly and did not apply pressure when going through the car buying experience. Did not make you feel pressured to buy with them. Lets you make your decision on buying the car.
