I purchased my car for the dealership in 2019 and have been coming here for every services. At first in it was a great experience, until recent 2 years when everything start going downhill. My previous service, I decided to take it elsewhere as their schedule couldn't locate my account and I have no time to call and get thing sort out. A month ago, I got a postcard reminding me that I still have 2 prepaid services left on my plan (thank you for that), so last week, I took my car in for 70K service, and when arrived, they said there was no appt under my name (I got a email confirmation from a week before I when scheduled it online), and with no apology or explanation. And when I picked up the car a few hours later, interaction with my advisor with bare minimum as compare to previous experience. I feel like they don't really care about their customer. Also they didn't provide me a carwash voucher (I was in a rush to get my kids from school and didn't bother U-turning to ask for one). A day after my service, I got text message as well as email message asking me to review my experience and when I clicked on the link in text or email, it said "no customer found" and I continue to get similar message for the next 5 days with the same error. I wish I could give this business a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I can't wait to use up all my prepaid services and cut the rope with the sketchy business and service. I will not buy another vehicle from the dealership ever again or recommend this place to anyone.
