Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Very seldom write neg comments, but will make an exception in this case. Left our 2016 fifth wheel for warranty repairs for 7 weeks. Very few repairs completed and no communication unless i called. Appointment made 6 months in advace. On scheduled pickup, battery so dead was unable to load. Never a call from service adv or manager. For sure did not exceed our expectations. 6 hr round trip to get there. Would have been a return customer-NOT now.

I regret purchasing my new fifth wheel from Camping World nearly everyday. These guys could not care less about taking care of customers even under warranty on a new trailer that they themselves sold. My most recent visit for a very simple replacement part turned into weeks of ignored phone calls and finally a refusal to do anything because they stated the part had begun working again. So of course I bring it back home and it still doesn't work.

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

WORST RV DEALERSHIP AND REPAIR FACILITY IN THE STATE. If you make an appointment, your RV will sit there for at least 3 weeks before they even pull it in to look at it. All of the Service writers have horrible communication skills and never call you back on time. DO NOT PURCHASE AN RV FROM SUNSET RV OR EVER TAKE YOUR RV TO THERE STATE OF THE ART REPAIR FACILITY. It takes a month for them to be able to winterize your RV. A MONTH BACKLOG FOR WINTERIZING. You have got to be kidding me.
