First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now. This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

The customer service here is obvious from the first phone call. You are treated well and as if you matter, rather than a nuisance to someone who is in a hurry. These days that's amazing, but this is truly friendly, courteous, and professional service. They had me in and out in the time they stated. Though Jacob was the primary person I worked with and he is customer service at it's best, it was clear that the whole team jumped in to help if someone else was on the phone. So you were never ignored. I've also been assisted by Bonnie in the past at the register and both times she has been prompt but also very friendly. Combined with the reasonable service costs and clear communication, I will definitely be back.

Stand out Upstanding Customer Service - Susan

Purchased CX-5 in 99 degree heat in September '17. It's a terrific car - fun to drive and around 30mpg on average. Our first oil change was complimentary/no charge. Second oil change, that includes topping off all fluids, inspection, car wash and cost of about 60.00 was estimated to take about 75 minutes. Opting for a shorter stay we asked for no car wash and were told that would cut out about 20 minutes. At 90 minutes the car was still in service. A few minutes later our service team leader apologetically offered us the keys and a handshake. He wouldn't take the fee because we'd been made to wait far longer than is customary. That act neutralized any annoyance and is what finds me singing their praises here. They are stand-up - not just shine-on there at Foothills. What a refreshing experience.

I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well! I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future. Thank you all very much!

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! Too slow. A recall service - Joan

I waited over an hour for a .4 hr recall. Many people came and went. I was the last standing. Why? Because it was a recall? First you quoted 30 minutes. Then it was quoted to take 60 minutes. I don't think so. Appreciate the free car wash but not the wait.
