I recently brought my car to Burien Honda for a diagnostic and repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. After a few days of troubleshooting and some initial challenges, the service department was able to identify the issue, source the correct parts, and get my car back on the road. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. My service advisor was consistently communicative, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was a pleasure to work with. I also want to commend the service manager, who stepped in to support his team and made sure everything was handled professionally. Burien Honda truly went out of their way to help me, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. It’s clear that they care about their customers. I’m happy to have my car back on the road, running much better than it was when I brought it in. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest, high-quality automotive service.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

I recently had an appointment made by the South Tacoma Honda Service Department for a factory recall notice for our 2024 CRV. The department called, made the appointment and I brought the vehicle in at the designated date & time. I was met by a service representative who took the required information & my keys and directed me to the first available Service Writer. He verified my appointment & the reason, filled out the required work order and arranged for a free Uber ride home. He informed me that Dani would call in 3-4 hours when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Dani called at the designated time and informed me the vehicle was ready and activated my free Uber ride back to the dealer. Upon my return Dani went over what services were provided and directed me to my vehicle. All of this service was first call and without any delays or complications. Well done to the staff of South Tacoma Honda Service Department!

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.
