I didn’t buy my Rav from a Toyota dealer because a non-affiliate had the model/make/sunroof option I wanted with low mileage. However, non-affiliate dealerships don’t have he ability to clear former owners from the Toyota info/media system. I feel fortunate that Burien Toyota is the closest dealer to me! The were able to delete the former owner and get me set up within 45min or so. I’m no longer a ‘guest’ in my own car! With that experience, I elected to purchase an additional fob, and take care of a recent service campaign on the vehicle (2023 hybrid. The key came in next day, and dropped her off by 9:30am. By 14:30, my car was ready and waiting! Rental (loaner for this purpose) was easy and quick and I was on time to work after drop off. Much appreciated Burien Toyota Service Team- you rock!
