Josh was absolutely fantastic to work with in finding a trailer that worked for our family! The entire crew there made sure we were getting something that worked for us, or vehicle and that we would be happy with. When it came time to pick it up, Josh was again great walking us through everything and I can’t say enough nice things about how helpful and knowledgeable Nate was. I would highly recommend them!!

Customer service after the sale sucks beyond belief. Bought a used RV online. Live 5 hours from the dealer so I relied heavily on their online listing for the trailer options which stated it was equipef with a CD and DVD player. Bought the RV and when I got it home I installed a tv and found it only have a cd player not a DVD player. Contacted my sales guy who assured me it would be taken care of. Now everytime I contact him he is too busy to look into it. Going on two weeks and still no results. They have my trade in listed on their website with the wrong options as well So seems like they will pull this stunt on someone else also. My trade had a manual awning and no roof ladder. They have it listed as a power awning and a roof ladder. They over equip their listings to lure you in. No impressed,. Shame they were the only ones that had the floorplan I needed. If you can take your business elsewhere,. Soon as they get your money they could care less about you.

Had concerns during the test drive. The salesman said they have "professionals " look their cars over and this car is mechanically sound, no issues and the body was.great, hadn't had any body work and not involved in any accidents. So, i bought it. A few hours later the transmission went out. Called the dealership and the salesman pretty much said 'too bad. You are on your own'.. Got it home and realized the right rear quarter panel didn't look right. That is because there is about 2 pounds of body filler (bondo) that they used to hide the damaged area. I left a bad review on another site and received a reply from "the owner" of the dealership, telling me that want to resolve this issue and I needed to call the corporate office and speak to their "service team". I have called 3 different locations and only the last one I called offered a phone number for "Corporate". But even though I called every location and left messages with each for a call back there is no one calling me. Their message of "let's resolve this" was just more lies. Stay far away from Sports cars international

We brought our 5th wheel into click it for a warranty check up. We purchased the rv from a different dealer out of the area. Wax solved some issues so that our lifetime warranty was honored. We also had some minor repairs and regular maintenance done. The service department did a great job on our Montana High Country . Very respectful and friendly staff. Reasonable price. We would highly recommend having your rv serviced here.

Complete lack of caring or concern for customer service - Jessica

I regret purchasing my new fifth wheel from Camping World nearly everyday. These guys could not care less about taking care of customers even under warranty on a new trailer that they themselves sold. My most recent visit for a very simple replacement part turned into weeks of ignored phone calls and finally a refusal to do anything because they stated the part had begun working again. So of course I bring it back home and it still doesn't work.

Went in yesterday to get a hitch installed on my new rig. Can you believe a 2022 SUV does not come with one?!?! Great customer service team and hitch looks great!
