Jose was very pleasant helping me with getting the car towed by Simmons wrecker. I didn't pickup the car as my dad did. After he drove off the lot the car started steaming as radiator fluid was leaking. Dad put water in to radiator to keep car going. I hope you all will check this out for us.

I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!! Outstanding Service — Best Toyota Experience in 25+ Years! I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. If you're in the region and want your Toyota handled right, Casey Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan.

Emergency/Urgent repair to my Sequoia. Critical ball joint failure. Vehicle performing as tow vehicle for an in-progress high priority project. My “Hall of Fame” list at Haley Toyota of Farmville: - Christie (spelling?) – Service Manager who responded to my request for urgent/expedited service – she recognized the out of the ordinary emergency nature of my request, recognized me as a valued customer who deserved a little bit of extra consideration in this situation and arranged with the service technician and parts department to “make it happen”. - Richard – Lead Toyota Tech. Richard agreed to repair my Sequoia even though his schedule was “fully booked”. Richard agreed to work past normal hours if necessary to get me running next day upon parts arrival. Immediately upon arrival with my Sequoia on the flatbed tow truck, Richard recognized the importance of properly locating the offload and opened a service bay to offload the Sequoia directly into that service bay (a consideration not usually extended by most dealerships). The offload directly to a service bay is significant because a ball joint failure renders a vehicle unmovable on its own wheels. Therefore it is critical to offload where the vehicle will be repaired. If not, it becomes very difficult and unsafe to later relocate the vehicle via a floor jack. A floor jack relocation could cause additional damage to brake system components being stressed while moving the vehicle. Richard also personally assisted in the tow truck offload which was not an easy job. He immediately placed my Sequoia up on the rack – removing stress to the failure wheel components and making the Sequoia ready for immediate service upon parts arrival. Finally, Richard spent about 10 minutes with me discussing the condition of the vehicle and approaches to service under circumstances with a critical ball joint failure. Noteworthy -- Richard did this for me at the end of the month while being flooded with end of month safety inspection requests. A different Dealership in Lynchburg said they could not help me because that Lynchburg Dealership claimed they had too many end of month safety inspections – I suppose that kind of says it all. - Sam – Parts Manager with initiative and foresight! Obtained required parts overnight, (another dealership in Lynchburg said this was impossible). Had the foresight to order both the left and right lower ball joints even though only the right had failed. Sam realized that this type failure is best addressed in pairs – I later expanded the repair to ball joint replacement on both sides with Richard’s agreement. Haley has a new, loyal customer. I have owned Toyotas for many years so I am a long time Toyota customer. In this situation, I had the critical ball joint failure in my driveway at our new residence near Lynchburg. I needed the vehicle ASAP to use it as a tow vehicle for a high priority project. Since we are new to the Lynchburg area, my wife and I started calling Dealers, starting with Lynchburg and moving out by distance from our home. Sometimes in life, you just get a fortunate outcome – in this case I feel blessed discovering Haley’s of Farmville and all the great folks I met at Haley’s. They are now my Go-To Dealership even though they are 30 minutes farther from my home than the dealership in Lynchburg. Thank you Haley’s for responding to my request for urgent attention to my vehicle. I’ve owned five Toyotas, currently owning a Sequoia and Prius. I’ve discovered that the attitude of the employees is most often consistent with, and a reflection of, the attitude of management and ownership. So in addition to being my preferred service location, I am certain when it comes time to replace my vehicles, you will be the first place I visit.

This dealership is a rip off. I bought Toyota parts at the parts counter, and they charged almost double the Toyota MSRP for the parts. Also if you pay with a credit card they charge an extra fee. You can definitely tell this dealership group is from Northern Virginia.

My wife had a problem with her new RAV4 leaking oil after another dealer changed the oil. We live in NC but she works in VA so I called Sheehy to have them take a look at the problem. They got her in that evening after work and replaced a improperly installed oil filter for he free of charge. Their customer service was outstanding. I'm thrilled that there is a Toyota dealer near where she works that I can trust when she is away from home.

Just this week 6/26/25, I brought my car in for service because you all sent me a notice that it was due. I made an appointment, took part of the day off work, and came in. The service associate told me that my car wasn't due for service until MARCH 2026! All he said was "sorry." I would like an apology/compensation/response from a higher up. Thank you.
