Service department was very pushy trying to get my wife to pay $160 for a tire rotation that doesn’t even include re balancing the tires. Something that the competition do. From the beginning my wife told the advisor I just need an oil change I don’t have time for anything else. An hour later they came and try to up sell the tires rotation service which she declined, another hour passed and another woman try again to sell the tires rotation service after almost 2:30 hours they handed the keys on a very rude manner.

Service department is terrible. They will tell you something simple like replacing wipers will take an hour and three hours later you still don’t have your car back. Avoid it this place.
