Bought a 2026 MDX after receiving calls from the dealership about trading in our 2024 MDX. We were in a hurry the day we purchased the vehicle and had to bring it back for a couple of items after returning from a vacation. There were a couple of things that needed to be done including working on a problem I caused. In the end all was done but it seems there was some communication issues between service and sales so I took 5 days for everything to get done.

While I was not planning a car that day, fate had other plans for me and the transmission in my 2018 Acura MDX with 120,000 miles blew while I was on a trip from NJ to our home in Orlando following my brother in laws funeral. I was treated with empathy, concern and respect through out my experience at Crown Acura. Kenny, Wes and the entire team could not have been more supportive. A process that began at 12:00 ended at 6pm with me driving away with a 2024 MDX certified pre-owned. I am sincerely happy with my purchase and look forward to driving it for many years to come.
