Took 2 hrs for oil change and rotation w/o explanation or updates or apology; neglected to balance tires even though requested at service scheduling and verbally confirmed at time of service. Failed to connect me with manager stating "he's across the street dealing with stuff." Talked to 4 individuals who passed me from one to another, none of them in management. I wonder circumstance would have been different if I was not solo senior female? I ordered this vehicle new vehicle from Goss but not return for service or future purchase.

I purchased a vehicle last week and had a great experience. It was very relaxed, no pushiness and Jake was excellent at finding me exactly what I wanted. It was the first time a dealer was not pushy and met my budget. It was my last stop, sick of looking at cars, and glad I did stop. The best part, they registered, delivered my new car with a FULL tank of gas! Never happened like that in CT.

Purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 diesel limited from Northpoint. Agent, Alan Buck, and Manager, Charlie Gallant, worked hard on my behalf! Ram Corporate left a lot to be desired. Poor communication, no communication of any substance is more accurate. Receiving an email saying, nothing to say at this time, as the only communication, is useless. The truck was ordered in June, expected by September or October, then crickets from Ram. If not for Northpoint, we'd know nothing until the truck showed up in February. Service Manager, Cody, has also been a great assist! We have less than 1,000 miles on her yet, but we plan to pull an RV across country next month. We'll really get to know the truck better then. For now, she's gorgeous, purrs, has more electronics than I know how to use, and it's wonderful learning her capabilities. We feel we have a reliable, honest and professional partner in Northpoint CDJP to make the most of our new truck acquisition.

Absolutely horrible! All around aweful experience. My "great car" they sold me died. Only owned it two years.. And I spent one of those years agruing with them on what they did sell me.. Not to mention when they had to replace stuff under WARRANTY they sent the car back with all the plastic on the inside popped off. Glad they were sold..wouldnt go there again if they were the last place on earth... Wish this would let me give no stars...
