I don’t often take the time to write reviews, and probably even less often when everything goes right — but my experience with CARLOS ANDRADE and the service team at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown absolutely deserves one. Carlos was exceptional. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced this level of communication and follow-through from a business. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, informative, and consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. My Forester had an electrical issue that took some time to isolate, and I was extremely impressed with how thoroughly the team approached it. They worked through the problem, communicated with Subaru at the national level when necessary, explained what they were finding along the way, and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being diagnosed. I really appreciated receiving detailed information instead of vague answers. They ultimately identified and fixed the problem, but what impressed me just as much was how smoothly and professionally the entire experience was handled. The whole team was wonderful, but Carlos deserves special recognition. His follow-through was incredible, and I felt genuinely well taken care of from beginning to end. I drove from Twin Falls, Idaho to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne specifically to purchase my new Forester from Cameron, and he absolutely earned my business. We handled almost the entire process remotely before I ever came to the dealership. Cameron was straightforward, responsive, provided actual written numbers, answered my questions without pressure, and worked hard to locate the exact Forester Touring Hybrid I wanted when inventory was limited. By the time I arrived, there were no surprises. He had the two vehicles I was considering ready so I could compare them side by side, and the numbers were exactly what we had discussed. The entire experience was professional and relaxed—no games, no pressure, and no stereotypical car-sales tactics. There are Subaru dealerships much closer to our home, but Cameron made the 3½-hour drive to Sandy worth it. I would absolutely make the drive again to buy another vehicle from him. If you're looking for someone who will work with you remotely, respect your time, and actually follow through on what he says, ask for Cameron. Stacey in Finance was fantastic to work with as well. She was excellent—professional, extremely patient and transparent. She explained the options clearly, helped me cancel unused warranty and service coverage on my trade, and tailored the new coverage to what I actually wanted. She even noticed my car-wash sticker on my trade and removed it for me so I wouldn't drive home without it. That kind of attention to detail was appreciated.

If you purchase a vehicle from Young Subaru, make sure you are aware of being charged for a TLP/GAP insurance plan stacked into your finance contract. I paid my loan off 1 year and 11 months earlier than the contract's maturity, so I am owed a refund on the unused pro-rated portion of the TLP/GAP insurance policy. My requests have been ignored by Young Subaru's finance department since back in April 2026. So I have applied my complaint to the Utah State Insurance Commissioner's office. Let's see if they ignore them.
