BAD Service I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT - dy

BAD Service I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!

The Service rep was awful about communication, there was no follow through. It was pulling teeth to get any information. The prices were almost twice what other local shops quoted for similar services.

Would definately recommend Jerry Seiner's Dealership in North Salt Lake. Kymani was great! He picked-up the ball when the salesperson I was working with left the Dealership. He was courteous, pleasant, responsive and in general easy to work with. Spencer also did a great job with my out-of-state DMV paperwork, and made registering in California a breeze. Wish you had a Dealership in Southern California!

I ran over a piece of tire and pulled down my skid plate on it. I had been to another dealer, who did nothing for me. I then stopped at a tire dealer, who secured it partly but it was still noisy. I needed to go out of town and stopped at Heritage Ford on my way. They got me right in and properly secured the skid plate for me. They were pleasant and professional

BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO BE FIXED HERE. I TOOK ONE OF MY COMERCIAL VANS INTO THESE GUYS WHEN I TOOK IT IN IT RAN GREAT BESIDES EVERY SO OFTEN IT WOULD JOLT A LITTLE BIT SO I TOOK IT IN. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE $1800.00 TO FIX I THOUGHT THAT WAS HIGH BUT I SAID GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. FOUR DAYS LATER THEY CALLED ME AND SAID IT WAS FIXED. I WENT AND PICKED IT UP AND IT IS ALL MESSED UP ITS JOLTING NONE STOP SO I TAKE IT BACK THEY KEEP IT FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS I GET A TEXT THAT SAYS THEY SNAPPED OFF A BOLT AND ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 3500.00 I WAS IRRITATED BUT I KNOW MISTAKES HAPPEN SO I WENT DOWN THERE TO LOOK AT IT HE SHOWED ME ONE BOLT THAT SNAPPED OFF SO I AGREED TO THE ADDITIONAL 3500.00 LETS JUST GET IT FIXED THEY SAID OK. A DAY LATER THEY CALL ME AND SAY WE JUST SNAPPED OFF 2 MORE BOLTS ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER 35000.00 ONTOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE AT THIS POINT IM LIVID SO I CALL THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TALK TO HIM DIRECT AT THAT TIME HE WAS SOMEWHAT PROFFESIONAL I THOUGHT WE WERE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY 6500.00 HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME MONDAY THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY TEXTED ME AND SAID ITS GOING TO BE 8500.00 I SAID NO WAY SO NOW IM LEFT WITH A WORK VAN THEY DESTROYED THE WHOLE ENGINE ON IM GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED OUT OF THERE NOT RUNNING. ON A POSATIVE NOTE I HAVE ALL CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES RECORDED AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR CONVERSATIONS SO THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL COURT COST AND LAWYER FEES ONTOP OF DESTROYING MY ENGINE. Crandall is a fabulous no pressure, customer focused dealership. We bought an 04 Explorer (great price) through them and have had it maintained there ever since. They've always stood behind their work and never tried to gouge us. In fact, as an example, I had a rear light bulb burn out and went into parts to get one. Just gave it to me w/o charging. Will probably look to buy a new car in 2010 and that will be where we go back to.

Service done right! I live in Las Vegas, and all 3 Ford dealers here are terrible. They won't work on any Ford over 10 years old, and they're customer service is terrible. I needed a Service Bulletin repair to fix an extreme temperature-related problem (like we get every summer in Las Vegas). I was told they had to keep my car for 3 weeks to reprogram 3 electronic control modules to fix the issue, and they only had 1 tech that could work on a hybrid. I personally spoke to Jason Summerhays, the Assistant Service Manager. He listened fully to my issue, and told me to bring the car in the next day, and they would try to get it out by the end of the day. I left Vegas at 4:30 to tow my car 120 miles to be at St George by 7:00 when they opened. I provided them with the Service Bulletin, and everyone was very pleasant, professional, and communicated completely. Jason called me at 11:30 and told me the car was done. Their diagnostic fee was less than half that of the Las Vegas dealerships, and the total bill was significantly less too. I am 100% satisfied with their Service Department. A great experience, worth every mile of the trip, and I got my car repaired and returned in 4 hours vs. 3 weeks the Vegas dealerships wanted. They get my full endorsement and recommendation.
