Brought in a 2019 GMC sierra for a transmission flush and filter. Price they quoted was different than what was said on phone. That should have been the first red flag for me. After they got started they texted me to let me know the CAT converter would have to be partially removed to complete the service. How did they not know this before hand? This isn’t the only 2019 out there. It just seems they wait until they are working on it and then switch it up. Price for transmission flush and filter was quoted at 400. Ended up leaving paying $650. While I was waiting I listened to customer after customer complain about each aspect of their business. Seems like I am not the only having a terrible experience with these dishonest people. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.

I was vacationing in SLC, UT, from Houston, TX, when I stopped by SLV Buick to preview the 2025 Buick Enclave. I had no intention of purchasing the vehicle; my goal was to review the trim and colors. I was transparent about my intentions with Richie Pinto, Sales Consultant. Yet, he was willing to demo the car and answer all my questions. It is all about the Team, their professionalism, and their willingness to make things happen in a non-pressure environment. Additionally, they demonstrated confidence and assured me purchasing a car from out of state was no problem. The Team made it happen! This dealership had a vehicle listed that has restrictions but there are no restrictions listed on the KSL posting. After back and forth discussion with the dealership they have been incredibly rude and they need to change their description that they will ONLY sell to local people. If they are only going to sell to local people then why are they posting a listing that can be seen by out-of-state customers. The listing is very deceiving and working with the dealership is even more of a challenge. Save you time and money.
