10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!

I bought a Maserati Granturismo from Mitch it had issues - spaguiar

I bought a Maserati Granturismo from Mitch it had issues the struts were bad and the control arms . I wanted to return it but apparently that wasn't possible. It's was a car from his friend. He was kind and fixed the struts at Enzo. They couldn't identify the control arm problems and I got that fixed myself somewhere else. The most disturbing part was when I came to the shop where Enzo was fixing the struts the grill and head lights where zip tied so the car was in a wreck i could see the over spray . I was informed of this by another repair shop afterwards also. The Carfax was clean but don't trust carfax because people can pay to repair the car and not file a claim. I would recommend if you buy a car you send it to an independent shop to check it out preferably the dealer. Mitch was cool but its hard to believe that his friend had this car and he knew nothing about the damage to it. I wasn't going to leave a review but I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I made. I'm enjoying the car nonetheless and have learned a very valuable lesson.

Helpful - Nancy W

I was looking for a very specific van which they had one of in their inventory. When I called to ask a few questions Ladd was very helpful and followed up with me quickly. When we went to see the van it turned out to not be right for us, but everyone there was very kind and helpful.

Terrible experience. I would highly recommend to go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. No one answers the phone and the selection is dated and rough.

In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice... - flowerlilly31

In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.

Made the appointment to view the car I wanted, and drove - chicasueca79

Made the appointment to view the car I wanted, and drove almost an hour to the dealership. When I arrived that car had already been sold, and I had even confirmed the appointment before I left my house! When I asked if he had any similar cars available, he didn't even know, and it's not a large dealership. If I could give zero stars I would.

typical used car dealers; i went to purchase a car (with... - kemaki

typical used car dealers; i went to purchase a car (with a small, hungry, tired child in tow) and was given the usual 2 hour run-around where the salesperson goes back and forth. In the end, the final "offer" was supposed to include a 100,000 mile warranty. When it came time to sign papers, I was told that Gap insurance was mandatory (when you are upside down on your trade). By then I was just ready to sign the papers and I did so - 3 hours from the time I walked in. Later I noticed they had charged me 1500 for the warranty and I also found out that the 500 Gap insurance was completely unnecessary. When I inquired the next day as to why I was charged for the warranty I was told "you said that a 450 a month payment was ok with you, and since the car was actually under that we added this". Can you believe that??? Typical. This required another trip back to sign MORE papers with the warranty and Gap insurance removed. i feel the dealership was trying to take advantage of my situation (small child, husband away on business) by dragging out the process, wearing me down and then throwing in things they hoped would just slide by.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 - mstring88

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 from Classic Chevrolet, and Brad Kelly and Christi Westmoreland were a huge part of that. I had been shopping Colorado Z71s all over DFW and had talked with quite a few dealerships before reaching out to Classic. The difference was immediately noticeable. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. Brad and Christi were straightforward, responsive, and respectful of my time throughout the entire process. Christi made putting the deal together incredibly easy and was great about communicating with me before I ever made the drive to Grapevine. When I arrived, everything was exactly as we had discussed. Brad took great care of me at the dealership and made the actual purchase process smooth and enjoyable. Even after the sale, both have continued to be helpful and responsive. I also really appreciated that Classic didn’t try to load the truck up with ridiculous dealer add-ons or change the deal once I got there. After some of the experiences I had while shopping elsewhere, that was incredibly refreshing. I got a fantastic deal on exactly the truck I wanted, and the entire experience was easy from beginning to end. I absolutely love my Colorado and would not hesitate to buy from Classic again. If you’re shopping for a Chevrolet, I highly recommend asking for Brad Kelly and Christi Westmoreland. They earned all five stars.

Absolutely the greatest people to work with. - Bob

Absolutely the greatest people to work with. Most friendly, no pressure, and you can take all the time you need. Knew exactly how to take care of all the paperwork in a flash on one of their classic car finds that I purchased as a project. I certainly would purchase again from them in the future and highly recommend them.

Want Finance Seniors !! - DisapointedSenior

I am so upset with this dealership. I am 67 years old and looked on the web for a dealership that would finance me. because of my age and just social security in because of how they introduced their website. They make you think they will finance anyone just come on in. I picked out a inexpensive car on their list of cars. I am retired but I get social security and I have a stable residence and also I have a paid off trade in. When they found out my age all of a sudden the car I picked was cash only and David the salesman there said he would call me back in a couple of days if he found any cars I believe he brushed me off politely. I am so disappointed I guess seniors cannot expect to get any credit after they retire. .

Beau and Tony are very friendly and keeping checking what I just bought. If I were to sell or purchase a car, again, I would be happy with doing business with them. They suggested very reasonable price both of my original car and new one. I am contented with trade-in. Even if you have any problem with the car that you just bought, you may rest assured that they would keep checking your car. I had such a great experience with this local dealership!

Outstanding! - pslancaster

I dealt with Karl Stomberg. He was pleasant, responsive to requests and made this a great experience. This was a long-distance transaction with nearly 500 miles between the dealership and my home. He had the car shipped to me in an enclosed trailer and it arrived at my home the next morning in pristine condition, as represented. I would not hesitate to deal with Crave Luxury Auto in the future.

Excellent experience with DADO MOTORS. - BadHombreBob

Excellent experience with DADO MOTORS. We found the vehicle via an online search, made arrangements to go and see the vehicle and were very pleased with the professionalism and politeness of our sales person. We chose not to go ahead with the purchase because the VW Eos is smaller than expected. Highly recommended. Thank You

They emailed me questions about “if i can some see it - cf

They emailed me questions about “if i can some see it today” or “do i live in texas”. I replied to their email and they never got back with me. I guess i scared them off saying i couldn’t see it until the weekend and that i had a bankruptcy on my record.

Worst car buying experience of my life - Pissed off

They lied to me about the car that I purchased from them. I ended up returning it to them at a loss of $1000 of my money. Buy your car anywhere but here.

They lied when making financial agreements with me and... - ChrisM

They lied when making financial agreements with me and repo'd my car, during the Covid Pandemic when I've faithfully paid every payment over (2) years and only owed $732 to completely pay the car off. They then tried to shake me down for 70% more of what they pay off amount was and told me that if I didn't pay within 10 days, they'd Auction my car... despite previously agreeing to allow me tp pay it off when I got back in town, in 6 days. They denied the individual who came in to make a good faith payment access to the account and literally towed my car the same day, despite HAVING FULL KNOWLEDGE that I was a truck driver and would not be able to come in person to make the final payoff payment, until 6 days later, when I was back home, off the road! They will make fake arrangement, lie about what you need and then try to shake you down for more money! I will also be filing suit against them as well www.BBB.org BBB case number is 15385599! Be sure to leave a review if you have had a bad experience. If we allow them to keep doing this to people, it will never stop! https://www.discountmotorstexas.com/reviews

Don Jacobson (Hillcroft Auto Sales) are extremely... - justdontgetit

Don Jacobson (Hillcroft Auto Sales) are extremely dishonest in their business practices. Paul Talisman is a predator and will change any contractual or verbal agreements to suit his emotional and monetary needs. Full disclosure about the vehicles being sold is lacking as well, CarFax isn't a service they are apparently familiar with. These people operate in a realm where ethics, disclosure, and confidentiality do not exist. Paul's erratic behavior and short temper would also suggest some deep seated emotional issues or trauma. This has proved to cloud his business judgment and ethical decision making abilities. My recommendation is to shop around and find a dealer not related too or affiliated with, Hillcroft Auto Sales. Any good reviews on this company are obviously the result of a loaded deck.
