Terrible - Thorned Rose

Crooks....after a 29 days PD repo/redemption I'm fed up and set an arrangement to pay it off. Paid it off as per and was told my title would b ready to pick up in 2 weeks...ok...expected to drive off but then told it was taken to their warehouse in Rockwall....20 more minutes than the 35 I had to drive to get there.Wait was 50 mins but to appease me they all of a sudden were able to give me the title today. I asked..."Are they towing it back or driving it?" They said TOWED. Yea right!! Then this man comes DRIVING up in my car I just paid off...putting more miles on it. Finally get it and....no plates...car emptied, no signs of our stuff.....missing the knob for my AC...a knob that was there when they took it. Ask where my stuff is and they bring me a trash bag that's missing my husband's Yeezys and my $400.00 Rx Tory Birch sunglasses.....😡😡🤬🤬🤬!!!! A+ BBB my xxx!! They are the worst...buyer beware!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit Cargo Van 250 - alistermiller0

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit Cargo Van 250 and are very pleased with the selection and the condition of the many vehicles they had in stock. The transaction was smooth and the process, including financing, was done in a timely manner. Would encourage anyone in search of a cargo van or any type of vehicle for work or pleasure to check out this centrally located dealership. Great selection and huge inventory! Roger is very knowledgeable and our salesman, Eddie, made the process seamless and enjoyable. Very nice folks to work with. Would highly recomend them.

I bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra. - Adam

I bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra. First-time buyer from this dealership and I have to say that their customer service is definitely top-notch! Buying a car is one of the most difficult things for me, but Bruce helped me to make this process very easy and smooth. He treated me with respect and knew exactly what I wanted. If you need expert customer care and a trusted dealer, I highly recommend Auto Nik.

My experience with this company was horrible... - shugashuga84

My experience with this company was horrible unprofessional rude and disrespectful personally they were playing too many games for me that we were fully aware that I was from another state reckless that’s all I Gotta say about this place recklessI would never recommend this place to anyone at all

Don't even think about it! - Omar

Buying buying a car is supposed to be an unforgettable experience ... in the good sense of the word ... In this place they just wanted to steal my money. I bought a Nissan Altima car 2013, 3 days later the car began to present codes after codes, but the worst was this one (P17F1) TRANSMISSION ... I went back to speak with Abdul ... who sold me the car and did not want to talk to me, He sent me to an office to see a boss and that "gentleman" would not listen to me ... I went back the next day and a supervisor told me to go to the Nissan to get a diagnosis of the transmission. For me it was difficult to hear that the car needed a new transmission ($ 4,300.00) after I had paid $ 7,000.00 less than a month before ... Now they do not want to talk to me, they do not take the calls and the car with problems ... There is no protection for the consumer ...

Contacted AutoVision about a 1971 Chevrolet Corvette they - BETO

Contacted AutoVision about a 1971 Chevrolet Corvette they have in inventory. I texted them and called them and STILL have not gotten any information or pictures about the cat!! Apparently they either don't have the car or do not want to sell the car.

Mark Sayers of the internet department initailly worked... - ruswms

Mark Sayers of the internet department initailly worked with me and gave me the discount on the car I wanted that was quoted on the internet. The internet price on the car seemed too good to be true, but Mark and the managers at Autonation stood by the price and gave me the car I wanted for I price I couldnt hardly believe. my new car was cleaned and made ready to perfection. The finance man was very thorough and trustworthy. Steve Lin, my salesman was there when we took receipt of the car to go through all the car functions and gagets. The car was on the showroom ready to go. It was just what I expected. Every person I dealt with on this purchase was extremely nice and helpful.

They wouldn't let you test drive the vehicle without - Creakins64

They wouldn't let you test drive the vehicle without filling out an application. Which put a hard pull on my credit. They liw balled me on my trade in, and wouldn't negotiate on the price of the vehicle at all. Two weeks later, and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot.

We could not be happier with our results. - Laura

We could not be happier with our results. Quick service & trustworthy.. Andy Vasquez and the entire dealership were very professional and were great to work with . Amazing car buying experience!

TT&L Department is a mess - TEX03

The car buying expirence was actually great. It was nice to have a hands off approach where everything was handled by phone and no one was pushing a hard sell at a dealership. It was after I purchased the car that things went downhill. The TT&L department acted like they had never worked with Texas DPS. They didn't send in the correct documents the first time and were not familiar with Texas processes. I bought my car at the end of Februray 19 and as of April 30, still do not have my plates. To make matters worse, the vehicle's current plates expire at the end of the month and I have not been able to get tempoaray plates for the vehicle. Not sure when this will be resolved, but the expirence hasn't been great.

I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal... - gbass

I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal that day. His price was to high so I looked elsewhere and found a better deal $3000.00 less. The dealer then called me and I informed him I found a better deal in San Antonio and I was going with that. He then asked me why I didn't tell him about the better deal. Yet, I sat in his office for an hour or so trying to negotiate a better price. He came back with his price highlighted at the same price. What do you expect from a buyer? He got irrate told me I wasted his time and good luck going to get my new car.

What a pleasant experience. - jpage82144

What a pleasant experience. Working with Deb was outstanding. She was very helpful in answering any questions that we had regarding the vehicle. Worked with us to insure that we were completely satisfied. She followed up with us the following day to see if we had any additional questions and was able to provide us with answers to them. We told Deb what we were looking for with regards to our next car purchase and she is going to keep an eye out for it and will contact us if she gets one. Will definitely use them again.

i went today to go look around for a cars and these two men where very nice funny and friendly they gave me information i needed but they also gave me my space when walking around. they pointed me to some cars they thought i would like from what i told them which made me realize they were listenning to what i was looking for instead of try to push me to something they could make better comission off of. this dealership was the second of four i visited today and i will be going back to purchase a car from them.

I had been to 5 or 6 dealerships before coming here. So... - princessnaidia02

I had been to 5 or 6 dealerships before coming here. So at this point i was very frustrated. None of the other car dealers had worked so hard as did, Major to get me in a nice car. Other dealerships/salesman were basically like, "this is what we can offer you, take it or leave it". None of them wanted to work with me or as far as financing, whatever the bank/financial institution said... was basically the end of the straw for the sales man. As soon as i pulled into Capitol Kia, Major was waiting for me by my rental & as we walked in he told me we were going to get me a car. And unlike any other salesman, he did just that. When different banks turned me down, that didn't stop Major. He kept going back and back to get me approved with a car i'd like and that was nice. Other dealerships were just wanting to put me in anything with a lot of money down. With Major, it was never a "money" thing and i never once felt pressured into having to take it or leave it. He was concerned and fought so hard for me to get approved with a nice car. Out of everyone i've dealt with over the past 2weeks in regards to purchasing a car, he seemed the most genuine, pleasant and friendly. If it weren't for him, i have no idea what i would have done. If you're looking for a new car, i totally recommend you stop by and meet with him. I love my new car!
