Worst Experience I have EVER had! Major Maintenance Issues - Dreamfaithtrust22
I have had the worst experience with the Dealership. There customer service is horrible, their cars are all a maintenance nightmare and the biggest RIP OFF. Do yourself a favor, Don't even Bother!!!
I have dealt with my paperwork was done incorrectly twice, my car has been in there maintenance shop (that is supposedly under warranty) 7 times with in 2 months. They have had my car more days then I have. Also, every time you get your car back from the maintenance department, your car is dirty and trashed and will no gas in it and there will be a bunch of miles added to your car. An average of 600 miles up too 1300 miles will be added to your car!!!!! The maintenance manager will claim that they had to TEST DRIVE your car!!!! Oh and they will loose your payments, your proof of insurance, copies of your ID and much, much more!!!! This has been the biggest headache!!! Worst Experience!!!
