I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land for routine maintenance on my car and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven Ho, one of the sales representatives. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the various models of Mercedes Benz cars and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me a few different cars that fit my criteria. I was impressed with the variety of cars they had on the lot and the attention to detail in their showroom. Steven's level of expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Everybody knows a horror story or how xxxxty dealerships can be after you buy your vehicle. I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process.
