Weve owned our 2023 Outlander PHEV since January of 2023. For the most part its been very reliable. But in late April of 2024 it started producing parking sensor errors. After two failed service appointmemt attempts by the techss at Elder Mitsubishi to resolve the issue Rusty stepped in and saved the day. The techs blamed the error on a dashcam. Rusty took the time to thoughly diagnose the car. He reprogrammed the software on the car and called a few hours later to let us know it was ready to be picked up. He patiently listened to our concerns and frustrations and treated us like valued customers. He was awesome and best of all wife is happy to have the car back in working condition. Thank you Rusty for taking care of us.
