Chevrolet claims total customer satisfaction is important to them. Their mission statement also states to provide the highest level of service. In my opinion you won't find either at this dealership. I went by there for an orientation on my navigation system and was rudely interrupted by a small man claiming to be the Big Boss. His name was Matt . He was rude, intrusive in the conversation I was having with another employee, clearly showing his lack of class or character. This dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed of his behavior.

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. - MONO

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. I brought a body shop person with me to inspect the truck. As it turned out it had been hit on the rear drivers side door area. Carfax showed minor damage to the rear of the truck. The salesman was literally speechless when we confronted him with the inspection results.

Friendly and respectful. I feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle has been well taken care of over the years. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and have done so in the past. Sometimes I have felt the prices for service has been a little high but they do a good job.

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.

My new sales representative Andrea made the entire experience very easy and non-stressful right from the very beginning. She was upfront and honest about everything and I did not feel like I was being cheated out of anything. She was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking for and available to answer all of the many questions. I had a new vehicle I'd recently purchased two months prior that I was unhappy with and wanted to trade it in for something different...the dealership where I purchased the the vehicle from was just too far away from where I lived so I choose dealerships that were closer. Andrea was punctual and dialed in to what I wanted to see while at the dealership and even went the extra step with me to show me vehicles that were just recently brought to the dealership so I could be 100% sure of my choice and I’m really glad she did that because I changed my mind once I saw the truck in the other lot. I’m a very straightforward person and walked away from a different dealership earlier that week because they were trying to pull a fast one over my head and I didn’t like it...drove 20 miles the other direction to meet with Andrea at Classic Buick GMC and got the deal I was looking for without the hassle and swindling. I was in-and-out within a little over an hour. Andrea has surely made my wife and I lifetime customers and I tell everyone about her and about the dealership whenever I get a chance. Thank you Andrea for outstanding service! You’ve just made a lifetime customer!

I went in to get repairs and they had no loaners vehicles and my service guy "Mike" didn't attempt try everything to get one either. He seem like he was just there to get paid is the impression I got . I will not ever use this location again.
