There is not a rating low enough to indicate how poorly - Leanne Henry

There is not a rating low enough to indicate how poorly we've been treated by this dealership. My husband bought a a used truck for our company here mid summer. Test drive was fine and luckily we bought a warranty. The day after we got it home it began having issues. We took it back and they decided the transmission needed to be replaced. It took a month and we had to call for updates or we heard nothing. We got a different story every time we called. Got it home last week and now the engine light is on. Took it back. Once again, something is bad and needs to be replaced. They offered us $9000 less than what we gave them for it to buy it despite the fact we've barely been able to put any miles or use on the truck since it has sat on their lot while we made the payment. In fact the only miles and use has been driving it back and forth to this dealership. Not a one of them seems to care that they sold a vehicle that had multiple issues - apparently they do not inspect the used vehicles they have sitting on their lot before it is sold to you. I have used other Peltier dealerships in Tyler and been well pleased - this particular lot is, I hope, an anomaly with their poor salesmanship and bad customer service. They appear to have plenty of time to make Tik Toks, very little for doing actual work.

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for - Braydon Miller

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for several months now and finally came across a 2021 F250 with 188k miles on it for sale at Whiteface. I called and spoke with Dustin who answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and drove the truck on the freeway to address my ride/steering fears. When the shipping quote came back high (as expected with fuel prices right now) Dustin offered to meet half way ON HIS DAY OFF to deliver the truck to me. I bought this truck site unseen from 400 miles away in southern New Mexico and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The most honest vehicle purchase experience Ive ever have had in my life and I don’t think I’ll buy from another dealership ever again. Dustin Almond and Joe Charles were fantastic to work with and made what would usually be a very stressful experience the complete opposite. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible dealership. - mtjbrant43

Terrible dealership. Be very careful of what you’re getting before signing paperwork. I was sold a car that had been wrecked but that wasn’t disclosed until after final funding and paperwork was signed and done. Repair work was done horribly and now to have it fixed right is gonna be all on my dime. They refuse to do anything about it after trying to sell me another car for 20 thousand more dollars! Never again will they be used for anything

They did an amazing job in guiding me to the perfect car. - celesteskyeee

They did an amazing job in guiding me to the perfect car. I also loved how they worked hard to satisfy my requests and ensured I left happy with my vehicle.

I genuinely loved the vehicle and intended to buy it, but - Trinity

I genuinely loved the vehicle and intended to buy it, but walked away because of the customer service. My salesperson started out respectful, but after I had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency, his demeanor completely changed. From then on, interactions felt irritated, dismissive, and pushy. I promptly provided every financing document requested, yet was later portrayed as uncooperative. I also felt judged by comments about my income. Despite repeatedly asking to review my financing options remotely before returning, I never received my numbers. I ultimately walked away from a car I genuinely wanted. Very disappointing experience.

Not a good experience working with Frank DeLeon. - reitzpeter94

Not a good experience working with Frank DeLeon. I dropped my truck off for some front bearings and a recall. This service was going through my warranty. I never received a call for the first first week of my truck sitting at dealership . I made a call to frank and only got excuses. One of the excuses was they havnt returned my call. The second week my truck having to sit at dealership again no phone call from frank. I called frank and again same kind of excuses this time he said they put him on hold. The third week of my truck sitting at dealership I called frank and again he sounded lost and I was told by him he was going to try to get with my warranty. I called the number that was provided by frank on a Saturday which he finally answered but right away he goes and tells me this is his personal number I needed to get with someone else. Yes I did get upset with frank because my truck has been sitting there for three weeks with no communication. I was told by frank not to call him any more and was hung up on . Still no answer about my truck. What's puzzling after the three weeks sitting there not even my recall was worked on. This is not a good look on red mccombs ford. I would not recommend there service to anyone

We just recently had a repair using our extended - Debbie Ammons

We just recently had a repair using our extended warranty. We worked with Caleb and he was awesome keeping us informed all through the process. He was able to get everything covered and repaired swiftly. We appreciate that attentiveness to our situation and getting our truck back to us quickly. We love dealing locally and they have earned my business!!!

I would NOT recommend the Crosby Ford Service Department - claudia09932

I would NOT recommend the Crosby Ford Service Department based on our experience. We took our truck in for a fuel system/fuel line repair, and it took over a month for the work to be completed. During that time, we were told additional parts had been damaged while they were working on the truck, including issues involving the engine gaskets/heads. Then, just one day before we were supposed to pick it up, we were told the injectors had been damaged as well, which delayed the repair for another week. When we finally picked up the truck, the check engine light was already on. We later found out there was an issue with a vacuum hose, and the truck still was not running the way it did before we brought it in. Almost immediately, I also noticed an extremely loud fan/engine noise and poor acceleration. Now we are dealing with what appears to be a fan clutch issue, and ever since this service, the truck has not performed properly. What was supposed to be one repair turned into problem after problem. After having our truck for more than a month, I expected it to be returned to us repaired, inspected, and functioning correctly—not with new issues. Based on our experience, I would think twice before allowing this service department to work on your vehicle. We trusted them with our truck, and since getting it back, we have continued dealing with problems that were not there before.

Customer Service - corvetteguy

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition from this dealer in January. From the point of sale to delivery there were no surprises. I was kept apprised of the schedule for delivery each week. After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant - Carlos L Garcia

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

xxxx near impossible to get someone to return a call in - louden11

If you are looking to waste your time Gulf Coast Ford is - Lynn

If you are looking to waste your time Gulf Coast Ford is the place to do that. From oil changes that take 3 times as long as the their Toyota service center where they only want to sell you extras like air filters and windshield wipers. Only to find out they don't actually look at the important parts of your vehicle, like your tires. Then to trying to scheduling service only to find out that once they have your vehicle it is days before they look at it. Then it is on the customer to call and get updates, since the service techs don't and can't return phone calls. Also, don't waste your time trying to email the service manager or even customer service, because those emails are not acknowledge or responded to either.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta - Walter & Katherine

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Walter & Katherine * Andrea had taken care of our daughter for us on a previous purchase and introduced us to Megan. Thank you Andrea!!

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their - remkkm

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

Bought a sonata from them and it used oil on the way home - ljwatson59

Bought a sonata from them and it used oil on the way home they refused to make it right. Do not trust them I wish the whole state could hear how they are before they buy something. Please don’t trust them they are dishonest. They make the sale and then forget about you. Probably laugh all the way to the bank

This is the third vehicle we have bought from the - clfgillett

This is the third vehicle we have bought from the dealership. We love the service we get from them. I plan on buying another one in the near future and will use them again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase cars, SUVs, or trucks. This is by far the best dealership we’ve dealt with.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. - 01aisles-unmoved

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey
