I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. They have my business and i have never heard any thing negative here in town. thanks pro auto tom

this is a follow up on my review done in April. I paid 180 for Tarr to tell me why I was using 1 quart or more of oil every 100 miles. Was told I needed Spark plugs, brakes, and my cabin filter needed replaced. Nothing to indicate excessive oil usage. I took my Hyundai locally in Harrogate and the vehicle needed an oil pan gasket!! Thanks Tarr for nothing. I will encourage anyone not to use Tarr Hyundai for service.

Great care was taken during service to protect customers with socially distancing seating. great care of my car was evident with the careful covering of seats, steering wheel, and gear shift. Service is always excellent and thorough. Joanne is so very helpful.

If i could give negative stars I would. Passing through your state my husband and I had car trouble. The car was towed to these folks - Wyatt Johnson. After 3 days of not even looking at the car it was towed to another repair shop (per our request) where it was fixed within 5 minutes. We lost from Monday to Thursday of our vacation due to these people. I have never experienced such inconsiderate behavior in my life. This service department should be shut down as they provide no service.
