I did not get the warranty I paid for - Edge

I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan in 2012 with 38,000 miles on the vehicle. I paid 1795.00 for a warranty and was told that it was for 100,000 miles. In 2014 I had an issue with the vehicle. I had not received my warranty contract so had to request it. One of the papers had a forged signature and one had my initial that showed my warranty was for 60,000 mi. The Mgr was quite rude when this was brought to his attention, especially the fact that my signature was forged. I tried to contact the owner, Lonnie Cobb, thru the mail as well as several phone calls without any results. Very poor business. I would not recommend this Dealership

Hidden fees of over 1800 dollars? Not listed by name or amount in the contract or po Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Nissan did not help at all.
