I recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL from Wallace Mitsubishi of Kingsport and am very satisfied with the product and the dealership. Landon Oden did a great job in getting the car ready for pickup and everyone at the dealership who was involved in my transaction was very courteous and easy to work with. I look forward to returning to the dealership for any scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and would very much recommend a Mitsubishi product as well as Wallace Mitsubishi of Kingsport.

The dealership is very good when buying a car the service department is told so many tales about my air conditioner I've lost all faith in them car been there for 4 weeks still no car very disappointed in this service department

Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing. My mom and I went in to get a car, and we both came out with ones that we love. We encountered many issues that we thought would have prevented us from obtaining vehicles, but they did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. As a first time buyer, I am very pleased I came here. They made the process run as smoothly as possible and were willing to help us any way they could. I recommend them to anyone that asks. Watch out for this one! They overcharged me more than $700 by slipping a processing fee into my bill that they had previously agreed to drop in my price negotiation with them. I did not review the buyer’s order thoroughly before I signed it, and did not discover this ruse until I got home. Gossett corporate did not respond to a complaint I filed with them.

I have never been able to bring my car in for service! Your lucky if anyone even answers the phone! And when they do they are not very friendly.,I'm either told they don't have any appointments or they are not sure if they are taking appointments! I've even left my name and phone number for a call back never got one! So I'm just not happy with the fact that I purchased a Mitsubishi here but yet cannot get it serviced here!!! Wished there was another Mitsubishi dealer nearby!

Dealership is located in Kingsport Tn. we drove two hours to this location due to a radio advertisement. This location only had eleven vehicles available, all high priced SUV's, no sedans or other Mitsubishi's. A young salesman tried to redirect me to the Nisan dealership that adjoins the property. Seemed like a bait and switch tactic. This dealership is not worth time to visit,
