We were in Memphis visiting family and on the day of our departure noticed our F-150 truck was leaking coolant. We made an appointment for 0730 the following day (Monday) for repairs. When we arrived for our appointment, Laura Fisher, the assistant Service Manager, met with us and started the process of having the truck repaired. She explained everything to us, to include the mechanic's findings, a video of our engine and what needed to be done, what the estimated cost would be and a reasonable timeline as to when the truck would be ready for pick up. Once the repairs were made, we returned to the dealership and Laura explained everything the mechanic did and the costs, which were spot on with her. Initial estimate. Laura and everyone else were professional and courteous, which was greatly appreciated since we were over 900 miles away from home. Thank you, Laura and thank you, Auto Nation Ford. You are a class act that would be hard to follow!

View Ford Lincoln. I was told by them that the car was in horrible shape, that it should have never been sold due to the previous history of problems." Let the buyer beware....

You're service department is awful. What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a week or so? I made appointment last week to have my car looked at. I have a transmission code popping up. You're service page asks for all details pertaining to why you are bringing car in. So why would nobody call me to let me know that you wouldn't be able to honor the appointment and would need to keep my car for a week or longer?? When I asked service writer why they took appointment and didn't call she said she just looks at appointment not the reason. She was rude and I didn't appreciate it. Ive been trying not to drive car much in case it's a big issue. I drive it all the way from my house to dealership for appointment I made last week and I get told you can't look at it for over a week? If it was going to be big repair I was considering buying a car from Barnett. I will be sure to let everyone I Know not to bring their car to Russell Barnett or to buy a car.

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the Navigator L we wanted. We had already been on the phone with Thomas getting him to send pictures and asking all kinds of questions. Thomas White was great, he had the Navigator all clean and ready to go when we got there the paper work didn't take long at all. We really appreciate everything they did he even set up our phones and door locks for us so my husband and I could talk to each other on the way home we were in separate cars at this time.. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company.
