STAY AWAY This dealership is full of lies. Their Radio Ads by the owner are completely FALSE!!! We bought a car from them over a year ago, with the belief that if we drove it for a year, that we could come back and trade for something better. We went back after a years time, and they said ohh we're sorry, theres nothing we can do for you; due to negative equity in your car, but your car is in high demand. This dealership should be SUED for FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They may have nice staff there, but it is to pull you into the lie. They say we will give you thousands more for your trade, and stiff like upside down on your loan, don't worry well take care of that for you. Well, nothing more than LIES LIES LIES. Go to CLEVELAND FORD! They are better, and are honest with you, and they do not use mis-leading commercials. A guy a Cleveland Ford told me once recently, that the whole buy now drive for a year and come back and trade, is nothing more than a scam to get you to buy something that you really do not want. He said that there are other dealers that do this as well, but again if you hear buy this now and come back in a year to trade RUN AWAY!!! They even use Religion to try to make you more comfortable with your xx Purchase there. The place is a total SCAM. Yes, I am a Christian, but Jesus has nothing to do with buying a car.

I went to Gossett Kia this morning to purchase a car I saw online. J.T. ~*the salesman of 17 years!!!*~ took amazing care of me! He pulled my car right up to the door for me to test drive. I did want 0% APR, but as a first time buyer, I did not qualify. J.T. , Mike (finance manager) , and Bobbie Johnson (general manager) went right to work to find me the lowest rate which came out to be 0.90!! The price of the car was lowered from the price listed on their website and my first oil change will be free! I also got a travel size cleaning kit for the car. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the great customer service provided by the staff! I highly recommend to anyone who is car shopping to buy a Kia from Gossett Kia on Covington Pike.
