We recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai of Cool Springs and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Joel Marks was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated his communication while we waited for our vehicle to arrive. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, he was genuinely enjoyable to talk to, which made the entire experience even better. We also had the pleasure of working with Victoria Knox in Finance. She made the paperwork process quick, seamless, and stress-free. She clearly explained everything, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Our Tucson was delivered in excellent condition, exactly as expected. The entire team provided exceptional customer service, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase experience. Had the best car buying experience of my life with Oscar Benavides at Hyundai of Columbia. Oscar treated me very fairly and took a half hour to show me all the features after my purchase. I will go back to Oscar again the next time I need a vehicle.

After 40 years of Lexus/Toyota products in our driveway - cwmichelli

After 40 years of Lexus/Toyota products in our driveway and garage we made the move over to Genesis. We are a Sedan family and found the G90 to be a new standard of comfort and technology in a luxury vehicle at a price point at or below all the others. We had stopped by this dealership after visiting the local Lexus dealership in search of a new LS500 but they only had one in the showroom and did not seem interested in anyone test driving that car although they were more than happy to try to sale it to us without a test drive. We meet Chris King on the arrival at Genesis of West Knoxville and could not have asked for a better experience, Chris spent around an hour with us test driving the G90 we ended up purchasing 2 weeks later. Chris was very knowledgeable of the vehicle but never pushed us into purchasing. We returned home and did our due diligence on the G90 as this was going to be a big move from the brand we had been very comfortable with the last 40 years. We asked Chris for a deal sheet the following week, again never had any pressure from Chris to do the deal. We agreed on the price and the following week Chris drove 230 miles round trip to our home to pick us up so we could drive the G90 home. Highly recommend Chris King and Genesis of West Knoxville, the only thing I hope to see soon will be a stand alone Genesis Dealership that better represents the luxury nameplate and is not tied into the Subaru and Hyundai dealerships
