We recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai of Cool Springs and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Joel Marks was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand exac of Cool Springs and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Joel Marks was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated his communication while we waited for our vehicle to arrive. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, he was genuinely enjoyable to talk to, which made the entire experience even better. We also had the pleasure of working with Victoria Knox in Finance. She made the paperwork process quick, seamless, and stress-free. She clearly explained everything, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Our Tucson was delivered in excellent condition, exactly as expected. The entire team provided exceptional customer service, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase experience. Thank you, Joel, Victoria, and the Hyundai of Cool Springs team! More
