I am currently shopping for a new or used GMC Sierra 2500. I find myself very fortunate to have been working with Leisha Wilhoite at HBB in Fayetteville. I can say without a doubt that my dealings with Leisha exceeded my expectations. In fact it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and I have had many. She was extremely polite and accommodating. It is because of Leisha that I will return to HBB for this purchase and any future one. .

Absolute worst service center I’ve ever experienced. I bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Beaty Chevy. Purchasing experience was fine. They sold me on the included oil change package with the purchase. The only thing they didn’t tell me was that it is nearly impossible to get oil changes there. Often times they will be booked out several weeks. When I could finally get an appointment it always took several hours at minimum for them to change the oil. One time the oil was changed (which again took 4 hours). They never called me to tell me it was done. When I went back on my own, I found out it was done, got my keys from them, and left. 2 hours later they called me to alert me that my truck, which is now parked in my garage, has been finished. Aside from the terrible oil change experiences, my recent attempt at getting my truck serviced was awful. My check engine light had come on and my fan was running long after I turned the car off. I called the service department multiple times, on multiple days, and left multiple voicemails. I never received a call back. Finally, I found a way through the app to book an appointment. They were booked out 2 weeks, but I still made the appointment. When I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they told me it would be weeks before they would be able to work on my truck. I then asked if I could find out at least what was wrong with it. They told me if I paid them $150 they could take it to the back and “get to it at some point”. I asked if they had an estimate how long that would take. The gentleman then looked at his watch and then at me and said “well is 3 o’clock now and we leave at 5:30 so sometime in that range”. Unbelievably awful experience. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy for service. I will never be back to them, and I would never buy a car or truck from them in the future. I hope this serves as a fair warning for anyone who is looking to buy a Chevy or use Beaty for their service.

We have NEVER received the kind of service from a dealership that we were dealt by Riverside GMC in south Pittsburg, TN. On a scale of 1-10, there's was a 20! Broken down on a cross country trip, our transmission died. We arrived on a Saturday and they allowed us to stay in our camp trailer on they're back lot. They found a transmission (on a weekend) and it was delivered on Tuesday. KELLY BRUNI and CHRIS (service tech) kept us informed constantly. CHRIS had the dead transmission out, and was ready for the install as soon as it arrived. In the mean time CHRIS spotted a leak in the radiator, and found a local replacement and installed it before the transmission arrived.We were back on the road Tuesday afternoon! To truly rate these people there should be negative stars Just getting and appointment at this place was horrible. 3 times I tried calling them only to get transferred to a phone that just rings. I had to actually go to the dealership service department to schedule my truck in for maintenance. Picking up my truck was horrible NO one would wait on me and when they did they told me to go in the back room where 7 or eight people were back there just talking and laughing I ask where me service manager was they just said they do not know. SO I had to go find my truck look it over and drive it around front. Then went in to get other set of keys that I left, and I have to PAY for warranty work. Oh and the terrible loaner they gave me had 187,000 miles on it and should not be on the road, I was scared to drive above 50 mph. Then week later I have the same problem that it was in this HORRIBLE dealership for, SO all that AND they did not fix the problem. My truck is currently in a real Dealership at the Wilson County Chevy dealership in Lebanon TN for the exact same problem, At least here I was treated as a Chevy owner should be, with respect. SO this horrible Edd Rogers should NOT be a Chevy dealership. I would like the $240.00 I paid for them to fix my truck, WHICH THEY DID NOT, refunded. I would not EVER take anything to these unprofessional and disrespectful people.

Bought Used Torrent, cash deal asked several times if any known defects. Over and OVer how great the car was. Allowed short test drive seemed ok. On way home noticed the engine temp gauge didn't work. Took car right back was told it must be sensor bring in on Friday and we will fix. Well 3 hours after leaving car they call not sensor and told to call back Monday. Called Monday told not sensor but entire cluster, and they would give me a break and fix for $750.00 it was not a safety issue. They then said it went out on the way home...When I called and asked the part number to have it fixed outside dealership they refused to give it to me. My mechanic fixed it for less than $400 parts, progam and all...If you consider buying a car from Grindstaff take it to an independent mechanic and have it checked out because they DON'T

Sure I saw it and it said the car was clean but in fact when I took it to a body shop for some minor cosmetic work it turns out that the car has had a complete rear end replacement. The car was wreacked in a rear end accident that did not show-up on Carfax. The car is not worth what I paid for it and these guys lie. STAY CLEAR!

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.

The salesman and the finance manager told my employee, time and again, that her new truck would cost $19,000 and that the balance she owed on a trade-in would be payed off without owing anything more. I looked at the contract and discovered that the price of her new truck was actually around $32,000 and that the payoff of the trade-in had been added to the price of the vehicle. Factor in the interest rate and the other fees, and she will end up paying nearly $46,000 dollars for a vehicle she was told, time and time again, would only cost around $19,000. She will never make this mistake again and she will take me with her the next time she goes car shopping!
