We were in the dealership to service our vehicle. I am not sure who my husband talked to in the service department. We have always been pleased with the service department. Pat, our salesperson seen us and approached us and asked if we would be interested in looking at the numbers to update our Expedition. We said sure, we like working with Pat. She was way ahead of us, we hadn’t even thought about updating, but now that we did we are very happy about the decision. Pat was looking out for us. The gentleman we worked with doing the paperwork was very great to work with too. The next day I stopped to drop off a few things and ask a question, a young man helped me right away, answering my questions. We will always have our new vehicle serviced at Vern Eide as we are very happy with their service.

Just had my pickup fixed at Lambs. They got my vehicle from me at work, fixed the issues, replaced some parts and brought my truck back in the afternoon. It was so nice not having to take a day off to take my vehicle in for repairs. Top notch service and competitive pricing

Very bad quick and go. We had to wait over 90 minutes before we could be helped. You can't call that quick and go! They also did not give an advice for other business for oilchange. We found Point S in Rapid City very helpfull and quick.
