Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

Good repairs. Updates on them received in a timely manner. I especially like the video with the explanations they send. I was only surprised to have more done than I expected but the job was well done.

Wow! Words can’t begin to express my appreciation and gratitude for Assistant Service Manager Seth Nortey and the service department. Took my daughter’s car into a local national tire and brake chain for a tire rotation and oil change, what a mistake. They completely botched the oil change causing the low oil pressure indicator to illuminate. I explained that my daughter had to travel approximately 400 miles for a 13 week work assignment. Mr. Nortey spang into action and got her vehicle serviced and repaired and she was able to “get on the road” Again thanks Seth for your outstanding professionalism and superb commitment to customer service!!!

The first time I got it from the service center.I drove it home and in less than 24 hours I had to call to get it towed back because all the lights came on.Meanwhile I paid near $2500 to get it fix the first time.Second time same thing happen they diagnosed it again and this time it cost$1200.Less than 24 hours again this time too the engine light came on.Now they want to charge $1500 to fix it this.POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and had to leave a message. Left a message on Chris VM...no return call. Called again and had to leave another message on someone else's VM. When I finally spoke to someone I requested to speak to the manager with in the service department and I expressed to him my disappointment and how I left messages and had to keep calling because no one returned my call. He told me that they were too busy to return customers call. Poor management and customer service.
