Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. As someone who is people manager in a different industry she always provides the best customer service. In my most recent visit a customer made some very rude comments to her and she handled very well. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians. She embodies the customer experience I loved from out of state less than 6 months ago and she is amazing.

Have a used 2016 beetle convertible. I brought it in for a recall repair. The service center was knowledge & quick. Also had salesman, Sage, spend time with me discussing my car needs. I mentioned the tan rag top had some stains & can he make a cleaning recommendation. He had Shaun in the detail department take a look at it. Shaun was able to get ALL the previous owners stains out. The service I recieved was STELLAR from Sage, Shawn & the service department. I'll definitely be back! Thank you

Excellent service by knowlegeable mechanics and well organized by Doug and Jake at the service desk. We have been very satisfied with our 2013 Passat and will consider another VW in the future.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and had to leave a message. Left a message on Chris VM...no return call. Called again and had to leave another message on someone else's VM. When I finally spoke to someone I requested to speak to the manager with in the service department and I expressed to him my disappointment and how I left messages and had to keep calling because no one returned my call. He told me that they were too busy to return customers call. Poor management and customer service.

Just came in for our 3rd service and Jaclyn Meyers was my advisor... Kept me informed and the service was excellent... After 25 years of service management it was very refreshing to have a friendly, knowledgeable advisor that didn't act like I was an inconvenience to her day..
