We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..

Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service.

All service reps, mechanics and supervisors were wonderful and professional. Had tire blow out Christmas Day on expressway. Made it off to Sleep Inn for night. Early next day, every one at Wellsboro Ford adjusted busy schedule to help get us back on road by late afternoon with 4 new tires & rear brakes changed. Not the cheapest - but definitely best service ever. Kirsten Carter and everyone else in the service department are professionals.
