I want to thank both Charles in the service department and General Manager Lee Pryor for all of their help with taking care of both my wife and my son’s cars. They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Worst customer service that I ever received in the service department Gave me a appointment time appointment time and when I got there said it wasn't the one that he gave me but gave me 3 hours and a 1/2 later Flater and when I got there car sat in waitting line for over 45 minutes after after he made me wait I left what a waste of my time!!!!!

I’ve been a customer here for a while. Always treated with respect and courtesy no matter who I encounter. Several weeks ago an honest accident was caused by service to my vehicle. Immediately I was assured the JHT would get it absolutely right. Through the several week process that was absolutely the case. Fil the store manager, Tom the salesman, Mr Hartgraves the service manager and many other professionals in various departments that I can’t remember names of all pitched in and made the situation more than right! I’m thankful for this dealership and forever a customer. Pate C.

Service department tried to rip me off for $4000. They told me my rack and pinion had leaked on my anti-knock sensors causing them to go bad. They told me it was no use replacing just the sensors as they will just get oil on them again and fail. This is a physical impossibility. The anti-knock sensors are under the intake manifold on top of the engine. The supervisor said they guy was mistaken, and an error code showed both bank 1 & 2 sensors are bad. I have a code reader too. It showed only one bad sensor. A google search showed that the most common fault is a mouse chewing the wires due to a hole in the from of the manifold. With a flashlight I could see the mouse nest. I removed the manifold myself and repaired 3 wires chewed completely through. For the cost of an intake manifold and throttle body gasket, my check engine light is off, and it purrs again. Even though I paid for an oil change, they sent me home with the power steering below empty. When I complained, they sent someone over to fill it up. I took it on a 4 hour drive, it didn't appear to use any fluid. I won't use this dealership again. They are dishonest!

ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in the past couple of years and was about to purchase a 3rd this week. Multiple staff members lied to me and made false promises. When reported to the GM, he spent more time defending his staff than trying to make things right. They refused to sell to me when I called them out for trying to overcharge me for a skirting kit which I was quoted 3 different prices for. I received a quote from another Toyota dealer which was $2000 less than what Ralph Hayes was trying to charge me. I had texts to prove the conversations but the GM still made excuses. They lost a $40,000 sale over a couple thousand dollar skirting kit they did not want to sell me. They encouraged me to purchase aftermarket parts instead. So disappointed and will never return. Can NOT be trusted to be honest.

I have been servicing my car at this dealership for several years, and I have never had such a great experience. Purvis Boatwright was the person who assisted me, and he went above and beyond. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise were evident, and his customer service was truly exceptional. I’m very impressed and will definitely continue returning because of the outstanding service.
