Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

Overall good services this past time for me. They were not able to vacuum the inside and my wiper blades do look like they need to be replaced. Neither one of these are significant. I spoke to Ashley about this and she was very pleasant about being diligent the next time. Jim Hilley

Had a flat tire- 15 minuted before they closed. Ryan Smith, the GM and their team went above and beyond getting me the tire and filling out the insurance claim. All that knowing I live in Florida and probably wouldn't be back. These guys care. Can't thank them enough.

I recently brought my 2021 Mercedes GLE 350 into Baker to have it serviced and I was SUPER impressed with the service I received from my new service advisor, Ricky! So impressed that I knew I needed to jump on here and write it publicly! Ricky was incredibly friendly and professional, answered ALL of my questions (and I had A LOT), texted me with updates as my car was being serviced, chatted with me after the service to explain what all was done and helped explain when to schedule future services! I left feeling like I had an advocate in the service department, which was SUCH a nice feeling! Ricky, thank you for your excellent service! Baker did a great thing when they hired you!

On Saturday, October 12th my GLK 350 light came on displaying EBD Inoperative See Operator’s Manual. I scheduled an appt online with Mercedes of Florence for Monday October 14, 2024 at 10:30am. When I arrived, Jay was nice and checked me in and told me to have a seat while they serviced my car. I sat in the waiting area for approximately 4 hours and Jay came out about 2:00 pm to inform me they could not identify the problem and thought maybe I was in a flood, absolutely false, my car was in my garage and there was no rain much less a flood. It seemed to be warm in the waiting area and was told by Jay that “oh yeah the air conditioner’s not working”. There was a kind, attractive and tall lady that came to me and said, would you like to move to another waiting area because it is warm in here with the air conditioner not working, so I moved to another waiting area. Jay Finally came to where I was relocated and said, they found the problem, but we are not able to repair it because the part that is needed is not in stock, so we have to order it and it would be estimate cost $2,000.00 plus and you would have to prepay today so we can order it. I stated “it is 3:00pm and I have been here on a scheduled appt since 10:30am (Arrived at 10:00am) you are unable to fix the problem, I have to travel back home to Sumter SC with the light still displayed indicating that there is a problem, and you inform me, we need you to prepay for the part before we can order it and then, when it comes, we will contact you.” I graciously did. Well today is Sunday November 3, 2024 and I have been cautiously driving my car back and forth to work until this morning, I was going to church and it would not start then the lights went out and the car would not start. Here it is the beginning of the 4th week, I have not received a call or any communication or any update from Jay as to the arrival of the part I prepaid for and my car is not starting or operable. I have to work in the morning, and I am so stressed!

Last week I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach when my Mercedes Rv experienced a problem with my def sensor. With only 5 starts left I needed service now. Although the service department was booked thru April 7 the service manager Daniel Burke was able to schedule me at the end of that day. They were able to reprogram the computer and reset the sensor. I was then able to drive the 560 miles home with out the def sensor coming on. Daniel saved me hundreds of dollars in hotel rooms by working me in for service. Thank you Daniel..
