Thank you to Alecia Bush and Andy Tournier for always being so polite and efficient whenever we have one of our Minis serviced at Mini of Charleston. The service department seemed very thorough and honest in the video of our vehicle and were kind enough to do a nice car wash too! Thank you.

I set up an appointment to have brakes and rotors put on. The appointment was set up a week before the actual appointment. A few hours before my appointment, I get a call saying that they do not have my parts and asked if I want to reschedule. I said that the car is telling me my brakes are at the minimum thickness and needs to be serviced, so I ask to get the brakes done anyway and I am told they cannot to the brakes without the new rotors. Why were the parts not ordered when I set the appointment. I have been to this place for service approx. 4-6 times, and I have only left happy once (maybe). The main lady "Bonnie" never smiles and is always scowling. She should be fired immediately for her horrible customer service
