Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

After a routine oil change they failed to refill my wiper - AW
After a routine oil change they failed to refill my wiper fluid, so I went back for them to check everything. They refilled the fluid but the wipers would not work. I went back again for them to diagnose it. Then, they said they would get me a loaner car because it was a more intensive issue. It has been 2 months of me checking in every week and they have still failed to get me a loaner to fix this issue. Each time I call they say they will get one within the next couple days, but still no progress. It's been such a horrible display of customer service, and I do not feel safe driving around not being able to clean my windshields.

I would like to give a shout out to JT Kia and their employees. It says a lot when an employee goes above and beyond to help out a customer after hours. Bianca Turner is that employee. I highly recommend this dealership to take care of their customers.

Customer Service out of the service department is awful which seems to agree with the ratings here. I requested an appointment on Monday and I've never been contacted to confirm a time. I used the chat feature the next day and they said I'd be contacted but never heard from them. Chatted with them again on Wed and still haven't heard from them.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Because it didn't include a repair, just 140 to tell what was wrong. The oil change, tire reotation cost $240..00 which included $150 in labor for 1 hours work. Outrageous!
