Met with Thely Daust few months ago, been needing a car and trying to find a vehicle that fits within my budget. Thely took lots of notes and had keep me posted on what she have in her inventory. Finally she found the right car that I want and need within my budget. Now I am a new owner of 2023 Nissan Kicks. Thanks to Thely her manager Dustin and finally the finance manager. Took truck in for a short in wiring. Had truck 5 days. Jiggled the wire enough to eliminate the short, but did not fix the short. Already had the bill over $400 and wanted to remove the dash board (more money). Got truck back, cigarette lighter/phone changing port no longer works. Also charged $36 for "shop supplies." Since they didn't fix anything or use any actual supplies, they have agreed to refund that portion of the bill. Said "shop supplies" are automatically added to a bill and should have been removed if no supplies were used. How about only adding the supplies when they are used? No itemization because there are no actual supplies being used. Every vehicle coming into their service center will be charged this fee unless you question it. Then was offered only $3,000 as a trade-in, which is less than 50% of the value of the truck. Con-artists and criminals.

This past Friday evening my car had a "check oil alert." Nissan Service was closed, but Jordan & Cody at Coastal Chevrolet Service were kind enough to help me out to get me home and safely to the next day when I could get to Nissan Service. I arrive first thing in the am without an appointment and Jennifer was able to get my car checked out for me and the technician was able to resolve the problem. I emailed requesting information about the availability. A representative responded first thing the next morning. We scheduled an appointment and we were greeted by Reuben. Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. There was no hassle going back and forth about price. We worked together and found a price point that we could both benefit from. We would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

My experience with Mr. Drayton Washington and Robert Douglas, elite sales professional, at Nissan of Orangeburg was outstanding. After having two bad experiences at the dealerships located in my area, I gave a Nissan dealership(Orangeburg) another chance and they made up for previous experiences with other dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying from them and I plan to make all Nissan purchases at Nissan of Orangeburg, even with the hour drive each way. I can't say enough about the experiences. It went perfectly--without feeling a pascal of pressure and without experiencing any hassles.

I had the transmission replaced on my 2013 Nissan Versa - richardsonmg

I had the transmission replaced on my 2013 Nissan Versa at Dick Smith on 3670 Fernandina Road recently and had a bad experience. Justin Musser quoted me a price of $6200 total ($4200 transmission, $2000 labor). It was not until I called another auto company that I got a significantly lower price $5610.99 ($3601.58 transmission, $1381.21) that Justin agreed to give me the lower price when he should have tried to give me the best price as the customer in the beginning. I felt that the price Justin had quoted me was an example of price gouging. He also requested that I pay half down to start on the work which I agreed to do. When I requested to just trade the car in he stated that I would need to have the transmission replaced first before I could trade it in to Dick Smith. It was not until later that I found out from another dealer that they would have taken the car as a trade in its "as is" condition without the transmission being replaced. I had my car towed to Dick Smith on 4/29/2024. The work was not completed until 5/9/2024 (approximately one and a half weeks later). I was very disturbed by this experience and felt that Dick Smith did not have my bests interest at heart. I also had to keep calling to get updates on the progress of the work. Dick Smith had let me down. By not agreeing to trade the car in Dick Smith lost a sale on a new car because I was willing to trade my Nissan in for a new one. I have had a lot of trouble with this 2013 Nissan Versa including recently replacing a catalytic converter ($4000) only a year or year and a half ago). I have another car which is a 2006 Toyota with 200,000 miles and have never had to replace either of these two parts so far. I will never buy another car from Dick Smith again nor will I recommend it to my family or friends

We test drove, went over #s, didn't low ball me on my trade(like most other dealerships). I highly recommend this dealership.

They tack on hidden fees. Overcharged me for my trade in pay off 3x and then never paid it off. They lied about doing a safety inspection and tricked me into signing for a horrible loan rate via e signing documents which I believe they clicked and not me. Stay away there Crooks and will rip you off
