I had a great experience buying a used Toyota Highlander from Fort Mill Hyundai. My sales person was Craig Averette. He answered every question I had. He showed me some other great deals on the lot, not trying to up sell me, but genuinely ensuring I was making the best choice for my needs. Financing options were clearly laid out and the paper work was quick. I also traded in my old vehicle. They provided a better offer than the 3 other dealerships I had visited. I highly recommend Fort Mill Hyundai and Craig Averette.

Car went in because the steering column locked up while driving after $600 was told nothing found, less than a week locked up 4-5 more times so we took it back. Surprise issue found this time BUT part could not be gotten....in the almost SIX MONTHS they have had my car. POOR at best communication, no resolve and tried to charge to pick up car since I am making payments when NOTHING has been done. The car has sat there for months, battery has gone bad, gas, oil , etc probably bad, tires not moved so possible dry rot setting in and dash extremely dry from setting in the sun all summer. Federal law apparently states car manufactures must have replacement parts for cars 10 year or newer...mine is a 2017! NO parts, NO help, NO NOTHING but wants payment REALLY? For what? GM called and phone line was horrible, never got another call back, Corporate has been involved since the start of the second round no help. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM IF YOU WANT IT FIXED. Single mom, four kids, no ride...isn't that great!

I had my wife's Santa Fe serviced at Myrtle Beach Hyundai on Monday. They could not have been any more courteous, faster or more pleasant. The service writer explain all the details of what was to be done. The new facility is very nice with lots of amenities. Coffee and snacks are provided and the service to the car was just what was needed. They even wash the car when done with the service. Really good customer service.

What a difference in this dealership! I was shocked at the difference in service and graciousness. I had to return due to a warranty issue(dreading it) and stepped into an amazing transformation. Courtney and Ashley were incredible from start to finish. I noticed that the waiting customers were being updated on their wait times and everything was running smoothly.. I was so impressed with the difference that I spoke with a salesperson about upgrading my Tucson to a Palisade. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their service department.
