9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and a state truck inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. As a matter of fact, it hasn’t found its way into the shop yet. Service manager stated a I was not a priority as I was not waiting for the truck. What? Are you kidding me? If that was their policy and I was informed of it, I would have waited. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional answer from the service manager. Horrible loyal customer service. Go somewhere else!
