I’ve been servicing at bmw Newport for 20 years I’ve owned 7 bmws I have bought 4 from Newport Steve Mercier John Tyler and Paul are a great team. Steve is a class act and consummate professional. I’ll keep buying and servicing in Newport. It’s sad to see negative service surveys due to pricing. If you choose to own a bmw that’s not in warranty plan to pay. What part of the brain tells you the repairs on German cars are inexpensive?? If u want to drive average stick with your Toyota if u want and can pay the repair bills. Drive a bmw. Or buy a warranty or a certified bmw.
