Jen Montrose is fantastic. We were told to reach out to her from a coworker / previous happy customer of Jen's. We were told she was straight forward friendly and could make us a great deal. I reached out to her through text message and she didn't disappoint. She was attentive, prompt, responsive and honest. She listened to all of my needs and requests. She worked us up a perfect deal and was honest the whole way. She listened to what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise monthly. She sent me everything and was transparent. We drove an hour and a half to meet Jen and she had the car pulled up and ready for us even before we showed. She is thoughtful and organized. She had everything prepared to make our time at the dealership as easy and quick as possible as she knew we were from out of town. The process was smooth and nothing changed when we arrived at the dealership. Jen Montrose is great at her job and cares about making you the best deal that works for you. We happily signed and drove away in our brand new Volvo S60. We love it so much! We are so grateful for Jen for making it work out for us and making us new Volvo owners. The service team at Volvo Fort Washington are not - Jkiefner

The service team at Volvo Fort Washington are not trustworthy. They tried to charge me 10k for an engine replacement that was under an extended warranty. They ended up replacing the engine and the car died the next day due to loss of coolant. They charged me for a cracked hose and the car died again the next day due to coolant loss. This time they said it was a temperature sensor. The car is now bucking like a horse and overheating. I received a quote today for 11k. I could go on because there at least 4-5 other reasons I can’t trust them. Don’t get caught up in the same mess that I’m in. Avoid them.

Tried calling to speak with service department…no one EVER answers the phone. And when I left a message, no one EVER called me back. Horrible customer service. Only reason they get one star is because the woman who answered the phone and transferred me to service dept was nice.

I love my Volvo XC40! Robert Nelson was my sales person and I can't say enough about him. I came into the dealership wanting to drive an Mazda. Robert brought the car around right away, but after driving it, it wasn't what I was looking for. After listening to my thoughts, Robert recommended the Volvo CX40. The rest is history. I love it! After having the car for a few days I noticed some minor scratches on it and called Robert. He said come over and we'll take a look. Robert was waiting for me as pulled up and took the car back and they touched up the scratches. He's very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and not pushy. He provides all the information needed to help you make the right choice. I drove many cars in my search for a new car and Robert was one of the most knowledgeable salesman I came across. He also spent a lot of time with me setting up the car and making sure I understood everything. If you're looking for a Volvo or Mazda call Robert Nelson!

Bait and switch/false advertising. - me

Bait and switch/false advertising. Dealer sends me coupons but does not honor them despite the email stating "For your vehicle (and my vin number indicated there)." This is going on for 4 years now and not once have they honored their coupons. I am done with the lies. I will seek another dealer that is honest and does not play that bait and switch/false advertising game with the consumer. Diagnosis information in regard to tires and brakes stated that my front brakes and front tires have less wear than my rear brakes and rear tires. Everyone knows that the front tires and brakes always wear faster than the rears. Incompetent service people. The paperwork also stated the oil type used and that was wrong oil for my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer if you want good competent service.

I would highly recommend VSC, as well as their other dealerships. While I ultimately did not purchase the XC90, Reid made the process very easy and straight forward. Everything was handled over the phone and by email, including the trade. While the price was spot on, unfortunately in the end we just couldn't come to grips with the very light interior. That of course was on us and not the VSC.
